Why has most dance music been so minimalistic recently?

Not entirely sure, apart from there being enough bass to feel it in one's belly button, that is the unique selling point :D

I shall have to listen to a lot of Pupok's BJSC entries and decide if there is any style or genre in common that makes them 'Pupokian' and then incorporate that into songs to make a new genre.

And yes djgrafdemon, the videos for the songs will have spinning belly buttons in them :D
