Example is back after a few dancy post-album singles. His focus has now come to his 6th studio album and his first official single is coming!

 

It's called DRNK TXTING and it features British rappers, Wretch 32, Avelino & Georgia Ku. The song moves away from Examples party anthems such as Kids Again and insteads heavily focuses on a chilled RnB/Grime underground beat and given the fact that he has worked with Takura, P Money & Big Narstie, it's fair to say that the album is focusing will be more Grime focused but still have a fair few dance elements to it.

 

A 2 minute preview has appeared online and you can hear the full thing as soon as it's announced.

Like the tune but the subject clearly isn't something I like songs about. Hope the next single is a little more positive-lyriced

That's the kind of music he should be going for, rather than trying to get into the grime market.

Minority opinion here, but... new Example! :dance: That snippet isn't as good as his other stuff, but I tend to be excited when there are new tracks from him coming out.

 

Either way, I'm not sure if this is coming this Friday though. I mean, I was looking for other sources besides Josep's site and I found that snippet was posted in vk three days ago with a TBA release date, so let's see what happens this week.

I'm hyped for this, his music slays me!
