Michelle's actual biologocial son Alex is returning :o Random af, but the storyline where him and Ryan were stopped was so pointless and quickly forgotten, I suppose at least they are doing something else with it. Apparently he gets a job in the medical center and settles in but doesn't want to make amends with Michelle.
