The kindest thing that can be said about this programme is that it makes you appreciate how good Doctor Who is!

I have to say some episodes of this have been total $h!te.

 

But some have been good, I stopped watching a few episodes ago but I was about to go to bed and thought I'd watch 5 minutes of the finale but it was that good I saw it all. I think it was better coz of the time travel story so it wasn't trying to be 'serious and sexy'

 

Loved the ending. Shame they didnt show the Tardis but then I think it's better to keep the shows seperare, torchwood is just 'too dark' and I'm glad the Doctor doesnt enter that World. People are speculating but y'know it's just gonna be him in Dr Who for a few episodes then he's returned to Torchwood in time for series 2. :lol:

I have to say Dr. Who is better than Torchwood, I watched the first 2 episodes of Torchwood and completely turned off afterwards

Yeah. Even with all the sex and gayness Torchwood still ain't as sexy as Doctor and Rose. :heart:

the order of the episodes was all wrong in my eyes. the first few were average and turned alot of people of it. then the last ones were awsome, but by then evryone wernt watching it. there was not a single episode what i would give less than 7/10

I think there's been the odd duff episode, but overall i've enjoyed this series.

Last night's finale was superb, with plenty of action.

What a shocker to end with, all though i knew it was the Doctor's hand that he lost in the Christmas Invasion.

 

Apparently Captain Jack does appear in the last three episodes of the next Dr Who series, so i expect we will see the repercussions of last night's ending then.

 

 

I did hate this for a bit as some episodes were shockingly bad but I think they were just trying out ideas to see what the show was. If they know more about what the show is then series 2 should be an improvement.

 

It's better when about time travel and things like that.
