My friends didn't want to go see it coz they think they won't be able to get in. Plus they haven't even seen no.2. I'll have to wait until it's out on dvd.

Actually, there are a fair few flashbacks regarding "Saw 2", so I reckon you'd likely be able to follow what's going on regardless of whether you've seen the second one or not...

Be prepared for a BIG surprise in this one, you're gonna find out just what (or rather who..) the Trilogy is really about..... The "Saw" trilogy of films is a vastly better one than "Scream", in fact it batters "Scream" senseless and feeds it into a meat grinder....

What would you give it out of ten?

What would you give it out of ten?

On its own..? An eight, easily.. The five stars I gave is for the Trilogy as a whole...

The "Saw" films are proper grown-up horror films, without a doubt...

I thought all 3 films were amazing, i went to see saw 3 on friday, it was probably the goriest yet but it was brilliant.

is there going to be anymore saw's because i heard there is

Conflicting reports on this one, the film itself only really has 1 strand it could follow into a 4th film, the director and writer have said they want to leave the trilogy as it is now, in rememberence to the director of the first one who died recently.

Then again Torbin Bell has signed on for at least 5 sequels, so it could mean a prequel trilogy might happen

DYING to see this. A horror movie running 130 minutes is SO rare.

The first two Saw films were just amazing.

I sincerely hope NOT, it's a perfectly formed trilogy, adding anything more to it would totally ruin the whole thing.. The film-makers should bear in mind the travesty that is George Lucas' "Star Wars" prequels (and the truly horrendous continuity fukk ups that resulted from episodes 1 - 3 which led to him having to 'tinker' with the original trilogy, yet again, in order to paper over the cracks..) and learn not to fukk around with something that was perfect to begin with...

I've seen a trailer for this, frankly, it looks even more like a Nine Inch Nails video than the other two did....

is it the one with bud flanigan (????) you are thinking about. bud flanigan the CF performance artist bloke who i think used to nail his knob to a plank of wood as a performance piece. was in a film called sick.

i've not seen the vid in full and probs wont be youtubeable as v extreme, knowhatimean!!! :o

and no surprises saw 3 was a bit shoddy!! obv you knew what the ending was gonna be and now im thinking whats the point of it being a big tentpole movie for halloween when its starting to look and feel like it should be on each week on tv.

hoever liked the pig sludging machine. that was cool

was getting bored of all the flashbacks tbh

I saw this last night and WOW! :o The whole meaning revealed and everything. :o

I don't want to say too much because I don't want to ruin it for anyone, but it's amazing! :o Oh and FAR, FAR more gorey that the first 2 put TOGETHER.

jesus, I just saw this today and its unbelievable. I hadnt seen the first two although having said that I dont believe it is crutial. Couldn't believe some of the images!!

9/10 for me on this.

Hey Kelz, PM me and let me know if you got the same meaning out of it that I did.... :)

I saw this film tonight. Didnt think it was as good as the other two. The storyline wasn't as good and they seem to have upped the gore and blood a bit.
I wanna see this. Loved Saw 1 but hated Saw 2. People have described scenes to me and the descriptions make me feel sick so I dunno if I'll be able to handle it in the cinema. I'm not usually squeamish but I know a girl who is into her Japanese sick flicks and she had to walk out it was too much for her :o

WOW!! Someone who can handle nutters like Miike Takashi, Kitano, etc; films like the "Guinea Pig" series, "Evil Dead Trap", "Bun Man", (I'm assuming if they're into Japanese 'sick flicks' then they'll be familiar with these...) etc finds "Saw 3" a bit hard to handle...???

Yeah that's what I thought! I've seen a few Takashi films myself and despite being pretty sick, they didn't make me squeam too much but this girl said that Saw was too much for her that's why I'm scared to see it  I've heard stuff about ribs, hooks, masks...makes me cringe thinking about it.
