Radio play is amazing. Fingers crossed it can go top 40 this week or next with the One Show performance too!

Wonder if Radio 1 will end up A listing it :w00t:

For me, this is the best video of the year, there's no competition.

The song is good, but not amazing though.

It Should definitely manage top 40 when the new OCC rules come into force.

Just been confirmed that the acoustic version is released this Friday...
Anyone know if they are still performing on The One Show tomorrow?

They are indeed. No other performances that I'm aware of yet!

Clearly they're going to push this into the top 40 but I don't see it sticking around for long. With all the airplay Olly gets you'd think his singles would do a bit better but clearly he's more suited for the albums market now.

Poor Louisa Johnson can't seem to catch a break though, I expect she'll pop her head on another Clean Bandit single to try and give her some more popularity.

The only reason they don't do better is because his fans - present company included - are generally not streamers (that makes us sound like a party decoration. I jest) which is where he generally falls down. You Don't Know Love and Kiss Me, for example, would've been top 10s without streaming factored in.

I doubt he loses too much sleep over it TBH. The album and the tours and the continued success of those are more of his concern. Also '24 Hrs' the album is a bit more of a maturer sound and whilst it has been a number one and gone platinum (close to double now), it's not exactly 'Right Place Right Time' territory on a singles or sales front, as a lot of fans are still adjusting to this new sound of his.

'Dance With Me Tonight' and 'Troublemaker' still get the biggest cheers on tour. Hopefully another hit of that standing comes with album 6.

As for Louisa...I'm fully expecting the 'Syco can confirm they have parted ways' speech by year's end.

"Close to double platinum" - ??

37 - 36 - 60,000 - 364,000 - Olly Murs - 24 Hours - 24/11/16 - 6

Louisa does have so much potential. I really think out of most of Syco's signed artists she offers the most potential of recent years.

Doubt they'd let her. Clean Bandit are a chart force nowadays. 'Tears' always smacked of a bought-for feature by Cowell or Syco to give Louisa an initial leg-up.

Especially after Clean Bandit have had moments of breaking America and have a collab with Sam Smith in the pipeline. Louisa's hardly playing in that ballpark.

I think they need to release Louisa's album to see how she'll do. I think releasing it in Q4 will be a big mistake if it comes this year

But it has been confirmed that Clean Bandit do in fact have another collaboration with Louisa?

Either way I'll be buying it and if she gets dropped so be it. Least I'd of got one album.

I hope she isn't going with Bad Habit as the next single it doesn't sound that great in the muffled live video on Youtube.

She definitely should have gone down the 'So Good' sounding route, the bubblegum dance pop is not the way forward at all.

Ciao Adios would have been good for her, something a bit more edgy.

Acoustic video:

The One Show performance:

He's on Sunday Brunch on Channel 4 at 9:30am on Sunday - no Louisa though, as The Vamps are on too and are the performance guests. Still. Any excuse to see Olly eating stuff he doesn't like and pulling a face like a toddler :D
