Week 1:

 

- Some lady (a young single mum) who's her biggest fan said 'Watch out Mariah' and they played "Fantasy" when she was queueing. She then sang 'Hero' not very well and was rejected by the judges. She kept saying 'I have a strong voice' but Simon was quick to point out 'you are so far from Mariah Carey'. Quite.

- Someone else was called 'Mariah Scary' by Cowell. She was upset.

 

Which Mariah song will be covered next? 'Hero' and 'Without You' seem to appear during the live rounds as standard.

I don't understand why they're all refusing to sing 'Get Your Number' as their audience piece :unsure:

In boot camp, I remember someone in Louis' group doing Open Arms, not sure on the name though!

X Factor is a reality tv program I think and that's all I know. Don't watch them. :puke2: No one can beat the real Mariah in my opinion. :cheer:

I didn't watch year 1. I think she did 'Hero' as well. Points for trying.

I have the auditions DVD and her audition was very good.

Songs by people like Whitney, Mariah, Christina, Anastacia, Tina Turner should never be sung on things like the x factor, because they either have unique voices or strong and powerfull voices that no one should ever atempt
