I'm Your Baby Tonight | 8.52 The lead single from album of the same name and Grammy nominated, 'I'm Your Baby Tonight' is out next. One of Whitney's biggest selling singles, and yet another US number 1, it's a punchier and hard-hitting number for her. The video too is a departure from the looks that made her a global star and in it she appears as a fearless, trendy diva. Very similar to MJ material, i'm obviously a fan~ And just missing out on the top 10 is the second single from the debut album. Whitney's first #1 in the US and the first song of hers to chart in the UK it was a commercial success and dropped Whitney firmly on the map. Grammy winning too, it's a seductive and passionate song about the trials of love and comes straight from the heart. One of the greatest, most iconic love songs of all time it "only" manages #11 on here, so what sort of standard can we expect from the top 10..
October 8, 20177 yr Incredible average scores for outside the Top 10! :o 'I'm Your Baby Tonight' is a bit of a bop and 'Saving...' is lovely. Looking forward to the Top 10 reveal! Really hope that So Emotional will be Top 5 - I've really come to appreciate it this year, more so than ever before. A song! *.*
October 8, 20177 yr Can't recall seeing averages like this in any other rate on BJ, speaks volumes! Can't wait for the top 10 reveal.

All The Man That I Need | 8.55 There was only a minute difference between this and the #11, but All The Man That I Need has snuck past to secure a top 10 placing! Officially Whitney's 4th biggest song in the US, yet another #1 for her there and a global success, the song is a warming R&B ballad. A soaring chorus as Whitney pines for her man, it's a truly breathtaking vocal performance and a perfect example of her strength and vocal prowess. A truly wonderful moment and a fitting way to kick-start the all important top 10. Does music get purer and more honest than this?
October 15, 20177 yr I love Saving All My Love For You and All The Man That I Need. Back then, I didn't know that they were both cover versions. I thought Saving All My Love For You would be a few places higher on this countdown. :(
November 1, 20177 yr Author It would take an eternity to break us kxZD0VQvfqU 09. My Love Is Your Love | 8.60 At #9 we have my personal defining Whitney song. This song means the world to me - it was the soundtrack to a funeral for a close family member last year and with that it struck every single chord. The fourth single from the album of the same name and a top 5 hit in both the US and the UK, 'My Love is Your Love' is an absolute beauty. A mature song for Whitney, the lyrics sing of finality, the end, but also embracing the present and living for love in that moment. Her vocals are superb, silky and perfectly capture the emotion of the song. Tinged with heartbreak and sorrow, it's a melancholy song but one that demands a sense of hope and prosperity in the midst of the darkness and trials of life. One of the most heart-breaking songs she's released (and she's had a fair few), I am so glad it's managed to get a top 10 placing here. What an absolute GEM.
November 5, 20177 yr Oh gosh, I would have thought it'd be higher than 9th! What a beauty of a song.
November 5, 20177 yr Author Learning to love yourself it is the greatest love of all IYzlVDlE72w 08. Greatest Love Of All | 8.62 The huge love songs just keep on coming. Another #1 single for Whitney, and a cover of a song initially released 7 years earlier, Greatest Love Of All is Whitney's third biggest selling song in the US. Critics cite the song as the centrepiece of the debut album, a song so warm and rich it flows effortlessly and is sung with such power and might, proving that Whitney is the voice of a generation. Grammy nominated, American Music Award winner and hailed by the masses as one of the greatest songs from Whitney, a #8 position here seems a little unfitting but just further proves how strong a discography she has. A song of hope, battering through a sometimes hopeless world.

One Moment In Time | 8.72 Produced for the 1988 Olympic Games, One Moment in Time was Whitney's third UK #1 and another seller globally. The song celebrates human strength and determination and perfectly captures the magic and spirit of the games it represents. A self-love anthem sung with almighty power it's a timeless classic as relevant now as it was some 30 years ago.
January 14, 20187 yr SEVENTH. BLOODY SEVENTH It just shows how amazing her discography is though that low top 10 averages are the higher side of 8 though  I'm really pleased All The Man That I Need is top 10 though, that one is so underrated and I feel like it often gets lost among her bigger tracks but it's one of my faves by her.

It's Not Right But It's OK | 8.83 With the absolutely iconic spoken intro, as Whitney pieces together the puzzle of infidelity and secrets, she sets up a song of self-empowerment and valuing the self over any other person. It's this power and confidence that allowed the song to be named Best Female R&B Vocal Performance at the 2000 Grammys and a top 5 hit in the US and the UK. A huge song, with a fierce video that showcases the power of solidarity. Huge, but not huge enough for the top 5~
February 22, 20187 yr Author YOUR TOP 5 in alphabetical order~ How Will I Know I Have Nothing I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me) I Will Always Love You So Emotional What do you want/predict :o
February 23, 20187 yr Happily suprised to see So Emotional in the top 5 !!! I Have Nothing will win .
February 24, 20187 yr Author I'll think of you every step of the way 3JWTaaS7LdU 05. I Will Always Love You | 8.84 First out in the top 5 is not only Whitney's biggest hit, but also one of the biggest songs of all time, period. Originally recorded by Dolly Parton, Whitney's version went on to become a signature love song, spending 14 weeks on top of the US chart, and the best selling female song ever. The song is a ballad that takes its time before eventually exploding and soaring to new highs. Her vocal delivery is exquisite, her emotion is real and her words are so so honest. A signature song for Whitney and a very worthy top 5, but this is almost a shock placing for one of the biggest and best songs of all time. Perhaps its over-exposure have dented it somewhat, or it's just testimony to how strong her discography is.
February 24, 20187 yr A SONG. Her vocal delivery is so insanely flawless! Truly deserving of being regarded as one of the greatest songs of all time. The entire Top 5 is 🔥🔥🔥! I really can’t call it, but I’d particularly love to see ‘I Wanna Dance...’ coming out on top. Would be happy with any of the remaining four though. What a discography.
