Sounds very spotify-tailor-made
This is... not what I expected/wanted from Ellie's big comeback single. I'll save my judgement for the full thing but the whole collaboration screams of record label interference.

Premieres 7:30 tonight on Radio 1!

Not sure about the clip tbh, sounds meh, I feel her voice might actually suit this kinda thing but it's really not what I want. It kinda feels like the label are scared she'll flop so is going ultra safe Spotify fodder but we'll see with the full song.

I’m really liking it on first listen - it just seems to work, and it’s miles better than On My Mind was!

Woo a bop!

Much more instant for me than Zara, Rita and Dua's most recent singles have been. Swae doesn't really add much for me personally but hopefully he'll attract casual interest on streaming services. I'm very impressed!

This is a bop, sounds quite streaming friendly but it's not as sell out as I thought, it maintains some of her sound.

It is, but pretty much anything is.

This is decent, I surprisingly quite like it compared to what I expected. I'm not sold on Swae Lee being on it though, he doesn't fit...

I'm really liking this already, she sounds brilliant and it's current without being a complete copycat of what we've currently got in the charts pop-wise. I actually think Swae Lee slots in quite nicely too (although it's perhaps unnecessary).
Making a Diplo song sound bland and boring. She really is talented.

Her voice on this record sounds SO much like her early demos from 2008/2009. It's ultra safe but I think it works.

Tough to say really, a lot of his solo stuff is pretty tame. It's only Major Lazer or his side projects where he really comes to life.
