I hope to see some other UK appearances around that time :cheer: Looks like it will be her promo time for the album, so hopefully an album release in September?!?! :w00t: Excited to see what she will perform too, hope she does some rock song covers :wub: BC Radio 1’s Clara Amfo today announced the line-up for Radio 1’s Live Lounge Month in September when some of the biggest and newest acts from the UK and beyond - including Jay-Z, Miley Cyrus, Harry Styles and Chris Martin (of Coldplay) - will be performing in the iconic Radio 1 Live Lounge. The following acts form the 2017 line-up: Jay-Z; Chris Martin (Coldplay); Miley Cyrus; Harry Styles; The Killers; Pink; The Script; Lorde; The xx; Stormzy; Rita Ora; Wolf Alice; Craig David; George Ezra; 30 Seconds To Mars; Foo Fighters*; Rag ‘N’ Bone Man*; Royal Blood*; Rudimental (with James Arthur); London Grammar (* previously announced) Radio 1 will be marking its 50th anniversary in September and as a nod to the station’s legacy as the nation’s favourite for the past five decades - the famous Live Lounge cover versions will be hits from anytime in the past 50 years. Running Monday-Friday from 1-29 September and kicking off with a Foo Fighters performance in their own LA studio, Radio 1’s Live Lounge Month will showcase a wide range of musical genres supported by Radio 1, from emerging artists to big acts, and is part of the station’s continued commitment to bringing the best new and live music to young audiences. Each Friday during September there will be a Live Lounge Special when Foo Fighters, Pink, Miley Cyrus and Jay-Z will all perform extended Live Lounges. On 29 September, the final day of Radio 1’s Live Lounge Month, there will be an evening concert in front of a live studio audience, with a special guest, to round off a huge month of unique appearances. Clara Amfo will host each Live Lounge during her weekday Radio 1 show 10am-1pm, whilst the special evening concert will be broadcast live on Radio 1 on Friday evening. Videos from Radio 1’s Live Lounge month will be available to watch on Radio 1’s BBC iPlayer channel.
