Wait, are we sure that they'll release another single before they re-release Glory Days? Because if they're not and we're all just speculating then this is kind of a cute move.
Definitely, there will be a new single from them prior the re-release of Glory Days. I doubt that they will continue promoting "Reggaeton Lento" in the UK.

But they haven't promoted the song though? They could perform the song on X Factor with CNCO and easily snatch their fifth #1.

 

Does radio play count as promo?

I think a new single would have more chance in the US than this. But i could be wrong. I kinda have accepted that they will probs never make it in america because of their stupid team.

I think I worded it wrong when I said that they will continue promoting this in the UK when they haven't done any performance.

 

I mean, it's better for them to perform an unknown song, which will turn into the new single, and boost the sales of the re-release instead of "Reggaeton Lento", which has been already out.

Well after Reggaeton Lento was already released, Perrie told a Spanish radio station that they'd already filmed the video for the next single. It's not guaranteed that it'll come out before the re-release but it would make so much more sense to release it before the album because the sales will be better. By the time the girls have a break in the tour and X factor shows start, Reggaeton Lento will be getting a little old and it would just make sense to bring out something new.

I am suuuper late to the game. I live in the US and I had seen a few random Little Mix videos before, just because YouTube happened to play them after the songs I requested. I was never really interested and I never really cared much about them.

 

The same thing happened about 2 weeks ago. YouTube played the Reggaeton Lento video and I was absolutely captured, both by the song and the video. I have replayed it at least 50 times in the last 2 weeks, and I also started watching all their older videos, and they are now my favorite group ahah!

 

This is just to say that people seem to complain about this video (at least from what I saw in this forum), but I still consider it my favorite one (yes, even better than "Power") and also the one that made me become their fan. Yes, maybe they don't dance much (or at all), but the video does a great job showing their strong attractive personalities, in a sexy, cool, international atmosphere.

 

Just a personal opinion from a Little Mix newbie :-)
