Posted September 4, 20177 yr I think so tbh, if it had got the Ty Dolla Sign (or a better rapper ;o) feature instead of 'So Good' and had been released at a similar time it would've smashed! Discuss ~
September 4, 20177 yr If they had released this in place of 'So Good' it would've been a big smash I think, and as it is too (it doesn't need a pointless Ty Dolla $ign guest verse). Big missed opportunity.
September 4, 20177 yr A BIG YES ... TG4M is fave non-single, it has almost 60 million plays on Spotify alone, one of the most missed opportunity in pop music that i remember now. They just released DLMBY because it has something relate with Ed Sheeran, another mistake. So Good (song) is kinda cute but i don't want her to be associated with any rapper, she doesn't need.
September 4, 20177 yr Absolutely! :( It really stood out to me on first listen as a single-contender, so I'm pretty gutted that she/the label keep passing on it.
September 5, 20177 yr 100% Yes, echoing what others are saying that it should have been released over So Good, and I definitely could have seen it taking off New Rules style (but not quite as much) if it was released over DLMBY
September 6, 20177 yr TG4M was a rather strange one. It done incredibly well on Spotify although it got more of a Spotify push than 'So Good' did with the later not really making any huge Spotify Playlists, that's why it peaked when the album was released. 'TG4M' should have been a single judging by the positive reaction regarding it, I'm very in the middle of it as a whole though, It's such a chilled back jam but it's not one of the first songs I go looking for on the 'So Good' album.
