For some reason 'Spice' has re entered the iTunes charts in the UK.

The album was in the 1000s and now it's at #347 :yahoo:

Also re entered the U.S. iTunes chart at #1500 :kink:

I hope 'Spice' officially gets to 3m sales in the UK in 2020, even if that includes streams too.

Spice will hit 3m next year.

All your favourite Spice Girls hits to dance your way into 2020 🎉✌️💕

Wannabe was a New years eve party staple evidently as it is #191 on the UK Spotify top 200 today. It got over 69k streams in the UK yesterday.

Wannabe also seemed to be on a lot of iTunes charts around the world according to Kworb. Seems like a popular NYE song :D

Spice Girls have been around 6.6-6.8m in recent months, but they're back up to 7.1m monthly listeners on Spotify :)

I dunno how many sales that is (will be different to the U.K.) I’m wondering if the vinyl releases and articles have maybe helped?

I wish they’d tour the U.S. it would be great to see an iTunes/Spotify increase in the US

‘Spice’ is currently at #294 on the U.S. iTunes chart.

Does anybody know how many copies that would be? 🧐🤓

I mean that was only me guessing based on I'd say 3 downloads gets you top 300 on itunes UK and the states music market is 3 times bigger.

A tour of the U.S. would be great in this streaming era. Downloads aren’t as popular as they use to be, but I doubt the 2007/08 tour would have made an impact on iTunes. I also wish the RIAA would update the SG sales too.

2020 hasn't been kind at all. It's fine if they want to stay put but next year it's gonna be 25 years anniversary.

Spotify has made a BRITs #ThrowbackThursday Playlist.

Track 1 is the Spice Girls - Who Do You Think You Are :cheer:

I'm pleased they have done that, there seems to be stuff going on behind the scenes right now.

Wannabe is currently #340 on UK iTunes - haven’t seen it that high in a long time. It’s usually between 900-1100. I wonder why it’s got a boost 🤔
