Posted October 20, 200618 yr From: Totally Jo Rumours are rife at the minute that Jo will be joining Totally Girlband - a spin-off from the MTV reality series Totally Boyband, in which Bradley of S Club is a part of. For now all I can say is take it for what is - a rumour, as nothing has been said by anyone about any participation from Jo, nor as far as I'm aware has any potential series been set in stone. Well, I guess we just have to wait and see what happens ... But I don't think it would be the best for her ...
October 22, 200618 yr Well Jo was SO passionate about music she decided to quit so at least we'd know her reason for being part of this if she was. -_-
October 22, 200618 yr i think they should try to do a new version of thunderbugs, as then they could have the show going at one in the uk, france and germany
December 16, 200618 yr i hope she makes a comeback to music, her first album was great and sooo underated :(
December 17, 200618 yr Totally girlband makes me want to watch it more than totally boyband.. girlbands are wanted ...boybands are not ... hopefully it will take off. i dont get why they dont just reform s club? they really should
December 31, 200618 yr Her first album was great and should have done so much better and her single 'What Hurts The Most' was superb and whilst it did quite well considering she had been completely out of the public eye for three years, it should have got top 10. She should have released her album after a second single and not straight after her debut single. After the fantastic 'What Hurts The Most' she should have released the great 'Wish I Was Over You' as it is so uptempo, catchy, and quite different. Her album 'Relentless' should then have been released. This followed by a third single the album title track 'Relentless'. I feel that 'Wish I Was Over You' would have got a comfortable top 15 placing if not top 10 and 'Relentless' the single would also have got top. If her album 'Relentless' had been released after her second single 'Wish I Was Over You' then I feel it could have got top 30 at least. In terms of 'Totally Girlband', I don't think there will be a series of this as I get the impression that 'Totally Boyband' didn't do that well in its ratings. 'Totally Scott Lee' did brilliantly and got MTV's highest ever ratings however, 'Totally Boyband' didn't and I haven't heard anyone said it got particularly high ratings. Also, I think MTV over did the show as every day they had an hour long 'Totally Boyband' live show. Also, I was slightly dissapointed with the actual show and thought that 'Totally Scott Lee' was a much better show. Also, after the huge flop of 'The One' released by 'Upper Street' the 'Totally Boyband' group, I really cannot see a 'Totally Girlband' show happening.
