I think it's more to prevent it leaking! (Which as we all know, failed 😂)

All Taylor songs from the album are album only so no End Game number 1 this week, the song is a sure fire number 1... When it will be out soon I guess plus streaming.

Dannii Minogue coming for that number 1

I feel like holding the songs back is a great strategy, if you think about it there'll be a week's gap for people to familiarise themselves with the songs, then next week (kind of in the same way held-back releases did) she can get a massive clump of sales and streams for End Game to debut high in the singles chart.

The John Lewis advert song has just been revealed as 'Golden Slumbers' (Beatles cover) by Elbow. Expect that in the chart shortly.

I assume Dannii is so high because she had a preorder?
