For the first time ever for Eminem I feel very underwhelmed by a return from him. Bey sounds quite boring on it too. What a let down.

Is that a good OMG or a bad OMG Theo?

First Mi Gente, now this. It does almost feel as if shes trying to keep afloat until the next era blows up a little bit..

Good thing! I've only listened to it once so far but Bey sounds incredible on it! It does have the kind of "Love the Way You Lie" rap/sung feel about it rather than "The Monster". But for now I'm loving it and very pleased to see this surprised collaboration come out! It would be perfect timing for a new album to come out although perhaps a bit too obvious.

I hope we get a music video for this featuring Bey!

I seem to be in the minority of people enjoying this :o

I'm not the biggest fan of Eminem really and usually only appreciate him with a female hook (Rihanna collabs/Stan/Guts Over Fear etc.) so I'm quite predictably a fan of this too. It could definitely be a bit more upbeat and exciting but Bey sounds amazing and I'd love to see a video for this too as Theo mentioned

It has finally clicked with me what Bey's part reminds me of!! A slower version of "Almost There" from Princess & The Frog?!
This is terrible and boring at the same time. The lyrics are atrocious.

Especially on her part, I’ve never thought a lot of Eminem.

Normally I like Eminem only if I like the artist singing on the song (Loe The Wa You Lie and Stan are he only 3 of his I love but I like his features on Come On Let Me Rde by Skylar Grey and Here Comes The Weekend/Revenge by Pink, for example) as I find he just shouts, but this is just such a waste as I said. Beyonce is one of the biggest voices in music and could anchor an explosive chorus that would make a brilliant song, but it feels like they thought name power would be enough and farted out the most dull song possible. There is probably something I'm forgetting, can't think of a more limp "big comeback" in years, even with my low opinion of Eminem who I feel is possibly the most overrated musician around.
This is #4 on US Spotify, #6 on UK Spotify and #12 on Worldwide Spotify after its first full day of streaming! Official top ten debut is secured :D

I can see it going like low top 10 officially which is not bad but both are huge stars so you would think logically on paper could be #1 contenders.
I tried my hardest to like this but it's just dull as dishwater. Is Eminem trying to be ironic by finishing with "bitch, I wrote Stan!"?

It's already out of the top 50 on Spotify there though and is down at #40 on iTunes :/ It's a shame but unless the two of them come together for a performance to get people talking about it both here and in the US, I can't see it going any higher. Skylar Grey has been putting in some good performances of the hook though in her place.

It is a shame that it's not gonna be the huge hit that a collaboration between these two should be, as I do like it but it just could be a lot bigger - I do think it works well but in comparison to the other two songs of Em's that use this formula, it's much weaker. And the paper rustling is a terrible 'concept' that almost ruins my enjoyment when I hear it.

This will be track 1 on Eminem's album 'Revival' which is out next Friday, the 15th. I hope we get a performance of this from Bey soon although it's unlikely they'll do anything together until the Grammys, if at all :(
