Alcohol can cause many things, including death. Smoking too.

Alcohol and smoking yes can both cause serious health issues too as you said and are legal, that is a fair point.

Quite the opposite - legalise & tax, I say. The amount of money wasted on the War on Drugs is incredible. :(
