This Scissor Sisters track is annoying me more than ever now. :arrr:

It's FAB!

Girls Aloud could do very well next week, as usually they do badly on downloads but well on physicals.

WHY will they do badly on downloads, when they've just entered the top 5 on them alone!?!?!?

Girls Aloud – the only girlband to have conquered the critics and the country alike and successfully shake off the "Reality Tv" tag– are back with a new single 'Something Kinda Ooooh'. As you'd come to expect from Girls Aloud singles, it sounds like nothing else out there and after a couple of spins will take residence in your head as it's another 21st century pop classic. 'Something Kinda Ooooh' is taken from the Aloud's "best of" collection, 'The Sound Of Girls Aloud', which includes all their hits. - HMV

This might hit #1 next week since MCR sales from last week were below average. If it does it will join "Sound Of The Underground" and "I'll Stand By You" as their chart-topping hit.

But it's still fewer than the Spice Girls have in their career a decade ago.

Well you can hardly compare to the Spice Girls, they were trend setters, there was nothing like them about. GA are the ONLY sucessful act of thier kind left, and there still goin strong. :D

You didn't read what I wrote, did you?

They're doing well on downloads this week, so that will give them a boost next week, as they are likely to do well on physicals. In the past downloads have held them back, on this occasion they haven't.

GA will need a good 40k to be #1 as McFly usually sell about 35k. -_-

That's true but why hasn't Girls Aloud have a record deal in North America?

After the success of their Top 3 single 'In The Morning', Razorlight's self-titled second album debuted at Number 1 for two weeks and reached platinum sales within just three weeks of release. This second single, 'America', is an anthem in the making, a poignant account of the band's well documented trials and tribulations during their American tour last year - HMV
