I am very upset with the series of events this week and I do not appreciate people making me look and sound crazy. I'm not a a whore or a b*tch, which is what people have been making me out to be. I'm a 19 year old girl, I'm single and I'm working my ass off. Thank you to all of the fans and supporters that have recognized my hard work. October 22, 200619 yr Hi guys just thought i'd add my two cents to this topic. The chart was great as always!!! Great to see long-established artists like Meat and Pet Shop Boys in there!! Girls Aloud #5 on downloads alone - that is quite some acheivement. The song is wicked and im so glad they are a strong contender for the top spot next week. Am i right in thinking Cheryl Cole wrote this, her head will explode of they do!!! Love the fact that Bob Sinclar climbed. Still a great party song. Great to see James' follow up charting top 10. Another fantastic song from this talented boy. Ordinary Boys scoring another top 10 hit (just!) its one of the weaker ones though (albeit catchy) so #10 was expected. Jamie T's song i guess is an acquired taste but a huge improvement on his former top 40 hit "Sheila". Great to see so many new talented songwriters finally coming out of the woodwork. Beyonce's new song is awesome and glad it will chart high next week - dead cert top 5 i think. Amy's been away for a while but come back with a stonkin' new single that sounds 40 years too late!!! Great and unusually catchy, so different from anything else at the moment think that gives it the edge. Kinda Nina Simone for the naughties!!! Love the "no no no" bits lol. The Pets back in at an unusually low placing but dont really care for the song. A massive shame and complete dissapointment that the Rogues only charted #33. Such a ridiculously low position for this infectious song. Still I guess everyone all over Europe and Aussieland already has it or the album, radio killed it and the release date was put back again and again and i guess thats why it charted so low. Blame Sony!!!! I know there's a Cassie/GA debate going on at the moment but i am glad to say i am neutral as i love both songs. Cant believe "Long Way" charted so low especially lower than the god awful "Me & U". Never expected it thought it was a dead cert top 5 next week. To continue with the debate theme, to me it doenst matter who created the song or who sings on the songs, i just like them no matter who does them. I can say i like P Diddy's "Come To Me" but cant stand him, so arrogant!!! I detest Robbie Williams but i so love his new song "Lovelight" an amazing improvement on the dreadful "Rudebox". I have even admitted to liking songs from Steps and... Westlife. Now im an ardent dance music fan i love my dance but to me, admitting such a heinous crime is seriously putting my reputation on the line lol!!!!! But it doesnt matter if i like a song, i like a song dont care who its by. Ill even like a McFly song if there was one but thats taking things a bit too far!!!!! Tough call for next week's number one, i reckon its a five way battle between GA, McFly (who always seem to do well), Beyonce, the awesome FLG (although i hope its this!) and a third week for MCR. Or maybe even Bob might push MCR out of top 5. Nice talking to yas. Bye!!!
October 22, 200619 yr Author Great post j-jay, basically agree you on the music, if you like it that enough, no matter if it's a re-hash, the vocals are live etc. It's the record you buy and listen to after all and if that's good, that it's good :D For the Top5 next week, don't discount Amy Winehouse that is getting good airplay. Maybe that My Chemical Romance will drop from Top5.

October 22, 200619 yr Thanks e-motion. I tell it how it is!!! ;) Was Upper Street out on downloads this week??? If so it will be lucky to go top 40 and frankly i wouldnt expect anything more, cause its totally dire!!!!! Plus they vie for the ugliest boy band this millennium along with McFly.
