In what seems to be an immediate buyout, Universal now own Perfect Songs Publishing (Trevor Horn's company, and the publishers of One Touch):

"The Perfect Songs catalogue also features songs recorded by artists including: Marsha Ambrosius; Ian Brown; De La Soul; Eminem; Frankie Goes To Hollywood; Groove Armada; Michael Jackson; Holly Johnson; Alicia Keys; Little Mix; Mark Morrison; Olly Murs; Propaganda; Busta Rhymes; Rudimental; Sam And The Womp; Lisa Stansfield; Sugababes; and 808 State...

With Perfect Songs, we are adding an award-winning publishing catalogue, rich with hits, acclaim and global success. UMG is committed to building upon the legacy of these revolutionary labels, in keeping with the spirit of their founders.”

Given they've went to the effort of acquiring this material, it looks like we may start seeing lots of One Touch material on streaming/digital platforms soon?! 3/4 single packages have always been available, but it's far from a complete collection (remixes/live versions/alternative edits). Imagine they threw in some unreleased stuff too!?

Not sure how I missed this, but interesting news. Rights to One Touch seem to have passed from pillar to post quite a lot with the demise of London Records. Will be interesting to see what Universal does, if anything.

They've started already! One Touch and Revolution In Me are available in the US now, apparently.
