July 21, 20186 yr Unfortunately some sad news for us ratings followers. BARB has decided to restrict the amount of overnight data that will become public (i.e. from sources on DS). We'll get the odd rating here and there but the full breakdowns will become a thing of the past. On DS, it's speculated the crackdown is a result of Project Dovetail, which is the adding of catch up viewing into the official ratings, which has cost them a lot of money to get off the ground and will take effect in September. Hopefully we'll still have ITV Media that posts a daily top 10 of overnight ratings. If not, we won't really have any sources left!
