They'll continue to do the same every season until they win the Champions League. I can't see them winning it very soon though when they've got the likes of Barcelona to compete with

I have a feeling that Rafa Benitez may get the job now. They may feel he'll be able to get Torres at his best again

Delighted Wolves stayed up. Glad Birmingham went down with their boring ultra-defensive anti-football style of play. Both Blackpool and Birmingham will struggle. I think the likes of DJ Campell, Adam, Garnder, Dann, Foster, Vaughan etc. will leave. Don't think either team will be troubling the Championship next season.

No surprise really Abramovic has spat his dummy out again is it? He's bloody obsessed with that Champions League title. Most Chelsea fans I've seen on the inernet seem gutted Ancellotti has gone. Expect he'll go for Van Basten or Rijjkard, or if he's feeling a bit optimstic Villa-Boas from Porto. Hope they screw up whatever happens. The new manager will have some serious work to do with that squad, it's in major need of an over-haul.

And LOL at Arsenal. They even bottled automatic Champions League qualification. I really think they'll struggle next season. I'm already waiting for the inevitable Fabregas-Barca-Arsenal circus. I think they should just cash in on him, and keep Nasri (as both players will not be at the club for the start of the new season), then invest in some experienced players...

10th, not a bad season all things considered.

Two new strikers, a centre back and a couple of new fullbacks and N'Zogbia from Wigan this summer please Brucey.

Surely Abramovich isn't that stupid :( there was talk recently of Hiddink coming back with Zola as his assistant - but then again, there's also been talk of Ancelotti joining West Ham

Rafa Benitez is a great manager. He gets slated far too much. Zonal marking is not a bad system. "Rotation" is used by just about every manager out there, and notice Man Utd have become better in Europe since Fergie started following Rafa's tactics, cheap!

Pretty sure Chelsea will get Hiddink. Villa-Boas would be a great appointment though. He was Mourinho's assistant at Porto, and his win rate is something like 70%. Amazing.

I bet £5 with a mate after a couple of games gone this season that Stevenage would get relegated...... That went exceedingly well.

I'm delighted for Stevenage. To me it just proves how strong a league the Conference is these days. The top 7/8 teams could EASILY compete in League Two. Crawley will be a short price to go up, but Wimbledon will be an extremely good e/w shout to go up next season as well.

Setting off at 6 for Huddersfield v Peterborough! Going so early because we've got to go right up to Middlesbrough to get my mate's brother from Uni haha. I've had about 2 hours sleep so i'm sure the day will be fantastic

Look out for me on TV =D

Either Hiddink or Villas-Boas would be excellent. I'm still in the dark as to who we're going to appoint, I've been pushing for Bilic the last two times we've been in this situation but really I want Curbishley back. Poyet could be interesting, apparently Allardyce is the favourite.

Hands off Poyet

In reality, how much do you rate him? I don't know a lot about how he's done, I've just heard he's a great up-and-coming manager.

When he took over Brighton were battling against relegation to the fourth division. He kept us up and then won promotion - comfortably - in his first full season. There is now a waiting list for season tickets at the new stadium. What's not to like? If Brighton look set for a mid-table position then Poyet is bound to get offers from other clubs. I just hope he stays for a few seasons to take up the challenge of getting us back into the top division.

New West Ham manager is Allardyce. It's as good as confirmed. Awful choice. West Ham traditionally play football. Carlton Cole is definitely going to become the new Kevin Davies.

He'll do a job, that's all we need right now. We're going under if we don't come back up before the parachute payments stop.
