February 11, 20187 yr Medal table: Germany 3-0-1 Netherlands 2-2-1 Norway 1-4-3 United States 1-1-0 Austria 1-0-0 France 1-0-0 South Korea 1-0-0 Sweden 1-0-0 Canada 0-3-1 Czechia 0-1-1 Finland 0-0-1 Italy 0-0-1 Kazakhstan 0-0-1 NOTRussia 0-0-1 Nice to see a few less important nations like the United States get some medals x (though to be fair, we can talk) I don't think there's a sport here aside from maybe curling that doesn't give me anxiety watching it. It does make it more fun. And my god at the Norwegian gold - Kruger fell at the start of the cross-country race and was almost half a minute behind before catching up and winning the gold, with a medal sweep behind him. Everyone sure the Norwegians aren't slightly superhuman at this?
February 11, 20187 yr Author A great effort from Andrew Musgrove to finish seventh in the cross-country race but BBC why keep repeating the race three times during its coverage? Â
February 12, 20187 yr ugh russia messed up TWICE and adam rippon SLAYED but still came behind russia I call homophobia
February 12, 20187 yr Author Absolute joke what happened with the women's slopestyle taking place today with the winds clearly affecting people's jumps. Everyone in the final fall at least once during their run. Â
February 12, 20187 yr Author Apparently, Olympic luge champ David Gleirscher very nearly wasn't selected by Austria in the first place!  https://twitter.com/OlympicStatman/status/962685182015950848 How fortunes can change for people. Â
February 12, 20187 yr Absolute joke what happened with the women's slopestyle taking place today with the winds clearly affecting people's jumps. Everyone in the final fall at least once during their run. Yeah that did seem quite unfair. Reminds me a bit of the Slalom in Sochi where 13 of the 30 best riders didn't finish.
February 12, 20187 yr I like doing this so I'm going to continue, I didn't watch much today but I did finally get to see some figure skating and well, Kaori Sakamoto looked incredible - can't believe she placed last, but then Mirai Nagasu was also pretty incredible. Medal table: Germany 4-1-2 Netherlands 3-2-2 Norway 2-4-3 Canada 2-4-1 United States 2-1-1 France 2-0-1 Sweden 1-1-0 Austria 1-0-0 South Korea 1-0-0 Japan 0-1-2 Czechia 0-1-1 Assorted Athletes From Areas Including Ingria, Muscovy, the Volga basin, Siberia, Kamchatka and Outer Manchuria 0-1-1 Australia 0-1-0 Slovakia 0-1-0 Finland 0-0-2 Italy 0-0-1 Kazakhstan 0-0-1 Good day for Canada but the Germans are still leading well.
February 12, 20187 yr Canada SLAYED the ice dancing portion, not entirely surprised. Mirai Nagasu’s triple axel   ADAM RIPPON DESERVED BETTER
February 13, 20187 yr Really disappointing for Christie, she was really in with a chance there. An interesting choice of disqualification there as well, I could see reasons for both Boutin and Van Kerkhoff being penalised but not Choi.
February 14, 20187 yr Author Absolutely awful to see Christie again for the 4th time in a row, the three disqualifications in Sochi and now the fall. One thing she doesn't deserve is the amount of negative comments on social media. Â Â
February 14, 20187 yr Author From the thrills of watching Shaun White to a horrific crash for 16 year old Japanese snowboarder Yuto Totsuka hope he is alright.
February 14, 20187 yr THE CANADIANS DANCED TO LORDE I'M SCREAMINGÂ YAS @ Shaun White getting gold
February 14, 20187 yr All the medalling jumps in the halfpipe were phenomenal, such a shame about Totsuka's crash. Hope he's okay.
February 14, 20187 yr The Italian pair ending their performance with a bit of We No Speak Americano. I wholeheartedly approve.
February 15, 20187 yr I haven't managed to catch anything over the last couple of days (will definitely fix this at the weekend) and I suspect our nation still failing to get on the podium has contributed to the silence in this thread lately. However I shall update the medal table:Â Medal table: Germany 9-2-4 Norway 6-7-4 Netherlands 5-5-2 United States 5-1-2 Canada 4-5-4 Sweden 3-2-0 France 3-1-2 Austria 2-1-3 Italy 1-1-3 South Korea 1-0-1 Japan 0-4-3 Italy 0-2-1 China 0-2-0 Slovakia 0-2-0 Former Tributary State Of The Golden Horde 0-1-4 Czechia 0-1-1 Switzerland 0-1-1 Slovenia 0-1-0 Finland 0-0-3 Spain 0-0-1 Kazakhstan 0-0-1Â I didn't call the Germans to actually be winning this far into it, I don't know enough about what's upcoming to know if the Norwegians are likely to take over but it looks to be a good race between them now.
February 15, 20187 yr Hope Dom Parsons can scrape a medal in the skeleton tomorrow morning. He's definitely in with a chance.
February 15, 20187 yr Author Still cross country skiing and biathlon for Norway where they stand a great chance.
