2500 sales should be manageable at the least for this week.

If the album can continue selling it should eventually manage a minimum of 400,000 sales.

It will prob take a while but it will eventually get to 400,000. Whenever we get the next studio album I hope it can at the very least match the sales on wonderland. On that note, wonderland is now my least fave album from them, there is nothing hugely memorable on it and it's an album that is dating very quickly. I still like giants though.

Will be interesting to see how the sales do once the final show happens tomorrow night. Can’t believe how fast the UK and Ire tour has gone!

Hopefully the european leg will help boost sales and maybe help re-peak in some markets

The tour did more for the album than I thought it would which us great. On its 28th week odyssey is a non mover at 28, nice match up!!.

Decent sales for the album.

Last minute decision to go to the last show in Cardiff. Although I've already posted a review some thoughts on last night:

1. B stage far too small for a large stadium. More thought should have been put into this stage in my view. There was no 'wow' factor and didn't have any visual impact.

2. Disgusted by some people at the concert. Continually getting up to get drinks and incessantly talking. Can't for the life of me understand why they pay good money and then don't watch or listen to the show.

3. Lots of people leaving at the start of Babe. Not often I feel sorry for multi millionaires but I hope Mark didn't notice the amount of people leaving.

4.Vocally they, Rick and Lulu were excellent. The lads looked so happy and it was a joy to see.

5. TT need to think very carefully about their next album and place far greater emphasis on a strong single release. Clearly evident last night that many people either didn't know the newer songs/didn't rate them. As a fan it was very obvious even to me that songs such as Giants, Spin, GRFI simply don't live up to earlier releases.

6. There were a lot of empty seats on what I refer to as the GA seating area. I'm assuming that the director ensured that this wasn't obvious at the cinema.

7. Struck up a conversation with someone who works at the stadium and some interesting information. Worked the Spice Girls and they said it was packed out, although they were vocally 'awful.' According to them with 2 weeks to go TT had only sold out half of the stadium. Tickets have therefore been given away free to, for example, fire services and NHS staff because they didn't want the stadium to look empty on filming night. How true this is I don't know, but when searching on Ticketmaster a couple of weeks ago blocks were unsold.

8. My initial rating hasn't changed : Not as good as Ultimate, BW or Circus Tours but better than lll and Wonderland.

I am not finding it a big surprise that the tour numbers are down.

These Days was their last single to connect with people and that was 5 years ago and some of the music choices since have been very questionable.

I without doubt agree Take That need to place far greater emphasis on a strong single release for their next album.

I also believe they need to go back to doing what they do best.

Wonderland did not connect with the public and Odyssey could have been such a bigger selling album if they released it with all the originals and released a strong new single to kick of the marketing of it.

With the tour concluding it is likely the album will start dropping down in the coming weeks.

That said, the chart run to date is impressive so what comes from here is a bonus.

It would be just wonderful if Odyssey could stay in the Top 20 for the chart on Friday.

As they embark on the European dates, hopefully the album will re-peak or chart in some of these nations.

I'm still disappointed they promised their fans in North and South America tour dates only to ONCE AGAIN not materialize. Months spent asking nations to request and they would take it into account.

At least they are still going into Europe. They are after all the highest selling boy band of all time in Europe. Regardless of the huge UK sales, we are still European and they are millions ahead of any other boyband group European sales because of this.
