I’d be astonished if this isn’t another Eurovision top five for them. Hopefully Hot Hits UK get hold of it at some point too because, as usual with Melfest winners, this is a smash chart hit waiting to happen.

Great winner here if not my favourite which was of course Margaret, very pleased with her midtable finish! Not sure this is a Eurovision winner as it isn't quite instant enough, but should contend for another top 5.

 

Televote was still too close to really have a point, they either need to change the app voting so its X Factor app style (5 votes overall to give out, not for each act) or revert to the fixed point system as seen in Melfest pre-2010ish (?)

It's not a song I'd listen to normally, (but it is growing on me) but in the arena, Benjamin absolutely had the winning performance. Knew it as soon as he performed.

 

Shuffla was probably my favourite of the night, with Everyday and of course Fuldans :D (such a fun way to finish, silence haters) close behind them. But the top 2 have grown on me and I don't begrudge them even though I hated them at the start of the week. Dance You Off is well into my head. Actually worst was All The Feels, that didn't grow on me one bit, she was shouting awfully and of course I had to go through that twice. But really good show, really made this year for me.

 

Juries are too powerful and still too monolithic but I really enjoyed seeing the UK break trend a bit and give 12 to Shuffla.

YAAAAAAS. After this week it's become my favourite song of this year quite comfortably, so I think this might be the first time since I started watching Melodifestivalen that my favourite song on the night has WON. Absolutely thrilled AND Samir & Viktor didn't bomb aswell <3.

I declare this the best top two that Melodifestivalen has ever seen. What a year to have gone to see it live :wub:

Well this one sounds like a budget Justin Bieber track, it's okay but is it really the best Sweden had to offer? Fair to say we won't be visiting Sweden in 2019.
