April 26, 20187 yr Yeah I thought Farrah was really nice and I was rooting for her to do well during Season 9
April 26, 20187 yr Pearl and Farrah are both fab. Both are great look queens and quirky personalities. Farrah was a better performer but Pearl did better in challanges. I still think his Snatch Game as Big Ang should have been top 3/2 that week and it was a bit unjust that he was just "safe", that was a really good Snatch Game in general though, the last good one.

April 28, 20187 yr Author 36th Joslyn Fox 7.38 from 29 Season 6, 6th Highest score: 12 (Martyn) Lowest score: 4 (Josh) Closing off this batch is chat show QUEEN Joslyn Fox. Nobody could forget her asking Cher’s mother about her abortion views in such a nonchalant way  Joslyn was sweet in season 6, a bit ditzy and dumb, not a *huge* amount of talent or wow factor really but her chat show disaster was hilarious. I always found her dumb moments amusingly endearing too, she wanted to be the "black horse" of the competition but some challenges weren't her "cup a soup". 35th Nina Flowers 7.66 from 24 Season 1, 2nd and All Stars 1, 9th/10th Highest score: 10 (Alpha) Lowest score: 3 (Theo) The first ever Miss Congeniality, and the one the highest placement as a runner-up, many fans feel Nina should have won Season 1 over Bebe. She won the first challenge and was high for 5 out of the 6 following episodes, the one being *that* makeover challenge that was kinda overall a disaster  Her style was arguably the most polished on season 1, a season that was overall quite basic, so was an easy choice to return for All Stars 1, where she got paired with…. Tammie Brown. Needless to say that didn’t go quite as well for her :P
April 28, 20187 yr Author 10th All Stars 3 6.89 http://closetlgbt.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/ru-pauls-all-stars-660x330.jpg Winner: Trixie Mattel Runner-up: Kennedy Davenport :') Miss Congeniality: N/A My personal fave: Shangela Bowing out next is the most recent series to be completed, the 3rd edition of All Stars. This had such a strong cast with breakout stars like Trixie and Shangela as well as fan fave BenDeLaCreme, Season 8's robbed queen Thorgy and glo up queen Aja - this was even the first time a previous winner came back with Bebe Zahara Benet being the secret 10th queen. But.... the cast was about the one thing it DID get right :') This season was pretty much a mess all along, with the wrong people going (Thorgy over Milk in the divas thing, really?!), lacklustre challenges (*the* worst Snatch Game ever and a few rushed 10 second runways which I always HATE) and stupid twists that were not needed (that bloody jury that robbed Shangela :')). It was a case of doing too much really, having a good cast wasn't enough for the producers and they thought that twists and tricks weren't needed - they weren't. Obviously it's well documented I adore Trixie, but the fact she won just because Shangela got robbed by a bitter jury (this isn't Drag Big Brother) and DeLa eliminated herself (admittedly one of the most shocking and huge moments in Drag Race herstory) is a bit of a farce :') It made it feel like the challenges barely mattered in a way, whilst Trixie did fine on the season, it seems completely stupid that the two with better track records (as much as I hated Bebe) didn't have even a chance at the final 2 just because they sent more people home... 9th Season 8 6.95 Winner: Bob The Drag Queen Runners-up: Kim Chi and Naomi Smalls Miss Congeniality: Cynthia Lee Fontaine My personal fave: Kim Chi Season 8 is surely one of the most boring seasons? It wasn't terrible per se, but I just feel like not a lot happened. This is evident as apparently the producers had to stir up rivalries with things like the Shady Politics challenge. Acid Betty was a c*** for the first bit of the season, but hardly a defining villain, and then it was just a case of various people being annoyed at Bob really. The cast wasn't great either, I only see Kim and Bob as real standouts plus maybe Thorgy, Chi Chi was obviously super likeable too. Just meh I think sums this season up, I never have an urge to go back and watch it really.
April 28, 20187 yr Author 34th Ongina 7.71 from 20 Season 1, 5th Highest score: 10 (ionderella) Lowest score: 4 (Doug) The original robbed queen </3 She’s “won” season 1 here though by being the last girl left fro mthe season. I touched on this in Bebe’s commentary, but two of the frontrunners fell bottom 2 in the first ever make-over challenge due to basic styles of the “lesser” queens being easier to do for that challenges, and despite being the first to win two challenges, Ongina was disposed in 5th place. As a bald queen, she really stood out as something different in season 1, and I’d really welcome her doing a Bebe in AS4 to show herself to a new generation (she turned down AS1 but would compete now she has said). 33rd Yara Sofia 7.72 from 38 Season 3, 4th and All Stars 1, 5th/6th Highest score: 10 (ionderella, Josh) Lowest score: 3 (Doug) Queen of Hatty Potter and lubricant harrrmover x Yara was the Miss Congeniality of season 3, so we lose another Puerto Rican Miss Congenialit in this batch. She is remembered for being very helpful and kind, towards the season’s victim Shangela particularly, she was great at making outfits, hair and make-up so helped Shangela with those when needed and never sniped or complained. She was somewhat pulled back by the language barrier, but her natural warmth and charm was normally enough to see her through. She was always just so sunny and likeable and positive, and she was one of those that even when she failed and did badly you really rooted for her! She was utterly bonkers so even her failures were hilarious such as her f***ing awful British accent  She returned for All Stars and was lucky to be in a fittingly great pair with Alexis.
April 30, 20187 yr Author 32nd Bob The Drag Queen 7.83 from 25 Season 8, Next Drag Superstar Highest score: 10 (ionderella) Lowest score: 3 (Jack) Another winner drops out, this time the victor of Season 8. Bob is arguably one of the most sharp and hilarious queens, winning Snatch Game by being the first queen to perform two characters (Carol Channing and Uzo Abuda). He was hardly the most likeable, being very confident to sometimes the point of arrogant ,but at least the talent was there like some other v v v confident queens :P Bob has been recently seen on The Trixie And Katya Show in place of the latter. He had small feuds with Thorgy and Derrick on the show in a pretty dull series with little drama, once Betty went apparently those moments were drummed a bit by the producers  31st Naomi Smalls 7.93 (no 11s) from 23 Season 8, runner-up Highest score: 10 (Jack) Lowest score: 6 (Doug) Beating Bob this time, just about, but missing top 30 on a tie break, is Season 8 runner-up Naomi. Naomi was a self-proclaimed “fashion girl”, hugely inspired by 90s supermodels, thus she *always* sold her runways to their fullest. I found her a bit basic for a finalist to be honest, but she was lovely and absolutely beautiful, she really did seem like a classic 90s supermodel in her look and the way she carried herself.
April 30, 20187 yr Echa pa'lante *.* A fave moment/kween for sure. Ongina was lovely too. Bob, I never warmed to but I can't deny how much of a force she was throughout the season.
April 30, 20187 yr Actually surprised Chi Chi is so high given her non-performance for AS3. I'm guessing 8 will be the next series to be all out of Queens though
April 30, 20187 yr Author 8th Season 2 7.26 Winner: Tyra Sanchez Runner-up: Raven Miss Congeniality: Pandora Boxx My personal fave: Raven Next to fall out is Season 2! This somewhat heralded the "real" beginning of Drag Race, bringing much more shade and bitchiness, much more polish from the queens, and more realised challenges, including starting the now traditional Snatch Game challenge. Much of the season was about bitchiness and drama, with Raven against Tatianna being a particular feud, as the former felt the latter was not up to scratch and shouldn't have got as far as she did, but Tyra also caused her fair share of furore by being hard to work with and particularly cold and selfish. There was also a lot of fun from say Jujubee's lovely friendship with Raven, Pandora being a joy and some great challenges, it was a good season to show what the show was really capable of after the pilot of season 1. 7th Season 9 7.77 Winner: Sasha Velour Runner-up: Peppermint Miss Congeniality: Valentina My personal fave: Trinity Taylor The most recently completed main season bows out next! Season 9 was the first to be aired on VH1, continuing the show's rise in popularity and cultural relevance. It kicked off in style with a huge guest appearence from none other than Lady Gaga in a challenge inspired by her many iconic outfits. The cast was pretty strong, with a clear frontunner in Shea but challenges from fan fave Valentina, eventual winner Sasha and the all-rounder Trinity, and there was a fair share of drama including Valentina's controversial elimination, Charlie Hides refusing to lipsync and Eureka being removed due to her knee injury. I think it's probably about right in terms of seasons here, there are worse but also better, and I will have to see how it holds up with repeated viewings also.
May 1, 20187 yr Author 30th Alexis Mateo 7.93 http://37.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lnsatttGvB1qbzqexo1_400.gif from 33 Season 3, 3rd and All Stars 1, 5th/6th Highest score: 11 (nickthenoodle) Lowest score: 4 (Martyn) BAM. Again finishing a few places ahead of her Season 3 buddy and All Stars partner Yara is season 3’s other Puerto Rican queen Alexis. She was the first to win 3 challenges, her natrual charisma made her a force to be reckoned with in challenges such as the patrotic message where her charm could shine through. She faltered a few times, but was somewhat of a lipsync assassin, even sending home Shangela after a stunning lipsync to Even Angels by Fantasia. I prefer Yara as a person/queen but Alexis had such an infectious personality for the most part and was a nice balance to the Heathers in that season. 29th Tracy Martel 7.97 from 22 Season 7, 6th and All Stars 3, winner Highest score: 12 (Lukuzz) Lowest score: -1 (Jack) Our All Stars 3 winner, and the lowest of the 3 All Stars winners after being a robbed fan fave in Season 7, is breakout star Trixie Mattel. Trixie copped quite a bit of flack in that series for winning without winning a Lipsync For Your Legacy, and admittedly even as a massive fan, she did only win because an awful jury twist robbed Shangela, and even then Shangela would have only won because Ben eliminated herself  After Ben got eliminated, it was really gonna be a bit eh even if Shangela won, because that would be hanging over it. But anyway - Trixie is one of the funniest queens for me, just totally my sense of humour and super extra which works really well on stuff like Unnhh and Trixie and Katya, plus I also love her music as I’m a total country music whore <3 Her performance on AS3 wasn’t as bad as some people like to make out, but I can see why people are annoyed that a track record that was iirc (I cba counting up the actual Dusted or Busted score) worse than not just Shangela and ofc DeLa, but also Bebe allowed her to win. As with Chad and Alaska, we all thought/knew Trixie would win since AS3 was announced really, that doesn't mean I hate her winning, as with either of the others, but I can see why people weren't elated at her winning no matter how much of a fave she is for me. But nonetheless, whatever you think of her, she is a hugely popular queen who encapsulates a lot of what is making Drag Race such a wide appealing show and permeating the mainstream.
May 1, 20187 yr I think that's about right for Trixie based on the shows - I actually watched the first half of Season 7 and she was robbed against Pearl in that lip sync where she was sent home. But then the order of elimination for the Series 7 Queens was a bit absurd anyway... And I don't 'hate her' I just hated the twist that lent to her win :D
May 1, 20187 yr Love Bob and Naomi. Alexis is great but I think slightly too high. Trixie should be at least top 20! She’s my fave queen ever from the show! However I agree she didn’t do amazing on the show, moreso after the show.
May 1, 20187 yr Alexis and Trixie out in one fell swoop? Two of my ultimate faves. I can't believe some of the season 8/9 queens that have finished ahead of them :')
May 1, 20187 yr Author 28th Aja 8.00 NEW ENTRY Season 9, 9th, All Stars 3, 7th Highest score: 10 (Alpha, Josh) Lowest score: -1 (Jack) Another All Stars 3 girl, Aja had arguably one of the best glo-ups between her season and AS3. Her style improved tenfold, and I find her such a commanding presence, shady and bitchy enough without being a total twat about it. On Season 9, she was really not that great, never standing out unless it was in a bad way (*THAT* fairytale outfit that she famously tore Valentina down for her “beautiful smile” and looking like Linda Evangelista in), but AS3 showed what she was capable of, including amazing talking head segments that usually made me howl. She’s gearing up to release a rap EP which will no doubt be fierce judging by Finish Her *.* Also can we talk about how she was ROBBED in AS3's Snatch Game, having seen clips of Crystal LaBeija she was SPOT ON. 27th Peppermint 8.02 http://www.youknowyoulovefashion.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/DragRace0906PeppermintGIF3.gif NEW ENTRY Season 9, 2nd Highest score: 9 (Addy, Doug, Theo, ElectroBoy, Adam, Lew) Lowest score: 7 (Lukuzz, Leonardo, Simon, Jack, Haus) The highest queen to not receive a 10, with very consistent scores, Peppermint does v well to come this high! She was lovely on her season, arguably should have been Miss Congeniality over Valentina, and whilst not always the most talented or sickening she was always professional, composed and true to herself. She shouldn’t really have been as high as 2nd over Shea and Trinity, but it wasn't her fault that she was a lipsync assassin in a season where the final was determined by lipsyncs  One of her best moments for me was her eviscerating Cynthia in the lipsync to Music, poor Cynthia had 0 chance.
May 1, 20187 yr Omg the music lip sync was so good especially when she did that gun thing to Cynthia I WAS DEAD. Aja impressed me more in AS3. I really like her now. I wish she was that good in season 9.
May 1, 20187 yr All Stars 3 completely changed my opinion of Aja... and Peppermint was definitely a lip sync assassin. Whilst Trinity and Shea were more consistent throughout the season and I guess had this been in another format would've both been top 3 along with Sasha, however Peppermint really did outshine Trinity during their lip sync for Stronger. Actually I wonder if this change is going to be there for Season 10 as well.
May 1, 20187 yr Author 26th Valentina 8.06 NEW ENTRY Season 9, 7th Highest score: 12 (nickthenoodle) Lowest score: 5 (Haus, Alpha) Rounding off this batch is the somewhat controversial Valentina. She didn’t receive any super low scores, but fans are quite divided. Some love her, but some can see the truth in Aja’s infamous rant. Valentina for example claims to have started drag much later than she really did, and many of the queens have opined she isn’t as sweet as she claimed. This was somewhat evident in her unforgettable elimination, the first time she had really faltered, didn’t bother to learn the lipsync and had a hissy over having to take her mask off for it so she couldn't’ hide the fact she didn’t know the words. She is beautiful and there’s talent, real potential to have been a fave, but for me there is just something I really don’t buy about her :( 25th Chad Michaels 8.10 (no 11s) from 17 Season 4, runner-up and All Stars 1, winner Highest score: 10 (Alpha, Lew) Lowest score: 3 (Josh) The first ever All Stars winner, and oldest queen to ever win. Chad was polished perfection on season 4 really, having so much experience really showed and she barely faltered the entire way through the competition, from having what is easily one of the best Snatch Games ever as Cher to showing her charm and personality in challenges like Frenemies and Frock The Vote, even sending home the lipsync assassin of the season Latrice Royale. In AS1, she kind of DeLa’d the compeition, although she was bottom 2 the first time, and it kind of felt like it was set up for her to win, but she’s a deserved Hall Of Famer as one of the most poised and professional queens, never really being sucked into drama or losing her cool.
