I've given this album a full listen through for the first time in a few weeks. I still adore it SO MUCH and it won't be long before I properly commit to calling it one of her best albums

It's been a while since I last listened to the album in full, but I still listen to about half the tracks very frequently! 'Alice', 'Replay', 'Babylon' and '911' are particular highlights.

Taste!

Here are the Chromatica tracks in order of Spotify streams (millions)

Rain on Me - 429.3

Stupid Love - 201.1

Sour Candy - 156.3

911 - 56.6

Alice - 38.5

Free Woman - 37.8

Replay - 29.8

Sine from Above - 28.7

Enigma - 27.4

Fun Tonight - 27.3

Babylon - 27.3

Plastic Doll - 26.3

Chromatica 2 - 26.3

1000 Doves - 22.4

Chromatica 1 - 19.6

Chromatica 3 - too short:(

She should definitely promote Sour Candy and Free Woman as they have the biggest demand (Alice too, but that obviously has benefitted from being the opening track)

Agree about Sour Candy, but not about Free Woman. Ok that Alice benefits by being the first song on the tracklist but let's see some facts:

Free Woman's reach peak on Spotify: 40M

Alice's reach peak on Spotify: 28.9M

Free Woman's current playlists: 792

Alice's current playlists: 734

Besides the fact that Free Woman had a remix released...

When we see this, it becomes clear that Alice is the specific option for the next solo single of the album because although it had a smaller investment, this song still stands out above Free Woman on streaming, and the fact that it's the first song on the album wouldn't change that because only the most faithful fans keep listening to the album from the beginning and in full a few weeks after its release as the GP (which carries all songs to true success) goes straight to a specific song and they don't waste time listening to an album in its entirety because they have already heard it. ;)

Kylie's Disco has claimed the biggest opening week with first week sales of 55,000 and has overtaken Chromatica.

I really wanted Gaga to hold onto that particular record this year but I don't begrudge Kylie at all as she's now had a No.1 album across 5 consecutive decades (80s, 90s, 00s, 10s and 20s)

At the moment Gaga is 2nd in terms of biggest opening weeks.

I suspect there may be even bigger weeks at the top in the build up to Christmas! Great result for Kylie this week, and it doesn't take anything away from what Chromatica managed which is still a huge success.

Her bio has changed back to what it was before the voting opened. So we have a link to Chromatica, the 911 video etc. A sign the era IS resurfacing?
