The BTW release build up was my fave. This is totally different circumstances but I do get some similar vibes! :heart: not being at works mean I have time to CONNECT with the build up whole-heartedly!

Yeah, none of these new releases are a threat. In fact I could only see All Time Low in the Top 10 due to their delayed physical release.

 

I wouldn't be totally shocked if Gaga did outsell The Killers anyway, but I'm definitely not confident about that so I'm glad there isn't a clash.

I will be working that day but maybe remotely so I will still play it all day!

I don't know why but it kinda forgot that all but one of her albums went to #1? Even if something else did come along, a #2 would still be a fantastic result and I think it's clear that whatever sales it achieves would be enough to earn #1 in any other given week. A #1 return would really scream "I'm BACK" though.

With a top 5 lead single/positive reception to her comeback and with nothing of real note releasing that week, I truly would be stunned if Chromatica isn't another #01 album for her!

I’m planning on staying up on the 28th to listen to the release as soon as it gets to midnight on the 29th and giving it a full listen fully in my own company though. I’ll definitely wait until everyone else is in bed and listen through headphones for a full personal experience. :wub:

 

Then hopefully I’ll get the CD delivered the next day and I’ll legit cradle it like a new born reading the album booklet from front to back.

I'll be listening as soon as I wake up, uninterrupted. Then I will definitely plan a walk, so I can listen with headphones and escape in the music! Will spend most of the day discussing on here with you guys too :heart:

It’s weird to think that it’s been 7 years since I was this excited for a new Gaga album. My excitement and expectations for Chromatica are a lot higher than Joanne tbh
