October 28, 200618 yr Odd choice of songs there, but I'll probably end up getting it. Chances are it'll change anyway. Edited October 28, 200618 yr by ghostwriter
October 28, 200618 yr ID BE SURPRISED IF ALL SAINTS and westlife remain on it as it would affect single sales big time i think

October 28, 200618 yr Scissor Sisters - I Don't Feel like Dancin' Lily Allen - LDN Fratellis - Chelsea Dagger Lemar - It's Not That Easy David Guetta featuring The Egg - Love Don't Let Me Go(Walking Away) Razorlight - America Cascada - Everytime We Touch Mickey Modelle vs. Jessy - Dancing In The Dark McFly - Star Girl Robbie Williams - Rudebox ^The above are the only good songs imo. Another poor effort by them.
October 28, 200618 yr Why is Hilary Duff on it  the vids not even around yet is it, same with George & Mutya
October 28, 200618 yr The Kooks won't be on it with that song. It doesn't look it will be a big hit. Perhaps they'll put 'Naive' on instead? Was also sure 'Hips Don't Lie' would end up on there.
October 28, 200618 yr I think the list will change. I doubt that Shakira will ever be on a NOW volume. She hasn't so far. I don't believe that Whenever, Wherever was ever comitted to a NOW disc.

You're right - it wasn't. But 'Hips' had an even better chart run (though I think maybe sold less) and having 'Hips' on will make the album even more successful as a stocking-filler.
October 28, 200618 yr Could there be a problem with the label, maybe??? It won't affect sales for the song though, as by the time NOW 65 comes out, Shakira could be No.35-50 with Hips Don't Lie. It could give a boost to Illegal.
October 28, 200618 yr CD-WOW's tracklisting is miles better IMO. ^_^ The tracks listed on dvd.co.uk all look too dated for my liking. :(

Excuuuse you . . . just because she hasn't so far, doesn't mean Shaki won't be on a NOW volume . . . i mean, HDL was the biggest song worldwide of 2006 (and arguably the biggest hit of her career) and WW was the biggest song worldwide of 2002. i doubt any of those artists can boast something like that . . . hmmmmm???

It could give a boost to Illegal. Perhaps - but 'Hips' has appeared on the provisional tracklisting twice now. But you're right, she's on Sony and their artists are rare on Now albums. For example, Mariah was never on a Now album in the decade she was on Sony but then made a now for the first time with 'Boy' she'd moved to DefJam - despite that song being a very minor hit. Sony artists Celine Dion and Jennifer Lopez have been on just one each too. Edited October 28, 200618 yr by Tim

Terry was not criticising Shakira. All he said was 'Whenever, Wherever' was not on a now disc despite, as you said, being a huge global hit. When artists who have huge hits don't appear on Now albums, it usually means there's a problem with the license or with an unwilling artist or record company. If a megahit like 'Whenever, Wherever' was not on a Now album, and 'Hips Don't Lie' was not on Now 64 despite topping the charts at the time, Terry has every right to predict Shakira won't be on this or any future Now album.
October 28, 200618 yr Yes, please be calm, Baby John, there is no problem with people having different opinions on things, the trick is to discuss constructively :D
October 28, 200618 yr The following should not be on there: CD 1: Hot Chip - Over & Over CD 2: Nerina Pallot - Everybody¡¦s Gone To War Rogue Traders - Watching You Troy & Gabriella - Breaking Free Hardly what you would classify 'hits'?
