It may not seem that way though, as Language, which only secured its AQ status last year for the first time ever, improves on its status as a future classic and gets Porter to the next round! Success. A fall for Born To Die and Figure 8 from their rather wonderful high positions last year is a bit unfortunate, but change must come. Kimbra) - Somebody That I Used To Know 432 1 2 Loreen - Euphoria 491 Except for the winner, where after a round last year where the winner was quite unusual and unexpected for once, normal service resumes with Euphoria destroying all in its wake. Little Talks regresses to 5th, while Don't You Worry Child and Somebody That I Used To Know are going incredibly strong this year. What a top 5 overall though! 2012 often gets the top end very right.

June 25, 20187 yr I don't think I'll comprehend this Euphoria obsession here. So happy to see Don't You Worry Child in the top 3. :D Shame Flaws and Greyhound are not AQs. :(
June 25, 20187 yr oh BOO at Greyhound just missing out on an AQ, but it was seemingly not top 60 last year so at least that's some improvement. and to make up for it we have Avicii and Otto Knows AQ. :D Language up to the semi-finals is also great to see. Don't You Worry Child and Somebody.. replacing Figure 8 and Born To Die in the top five are both great swaps too.

June 25, 20187 yr My 2009 +30 'End Credits' fell 8-26 and my 2010 +30 'Katy On a Mission' fell 8-29 :snif: I'm not sure if I've cursed my favourites, last year's #8s, or both.'Losing You' falling 8-41, while 'only' being +22 for me; we have the answer :o Disappointing results to be honest with 'Figure 8' and 'Born To Die' (both in my top 3, this year and last) crashing out of the top 5, in exchange for... nothing I voted being top 8. Happy for my nominations of 'Oblivion' and 'Tidal Wave' making the 60s though, and 'Language' is a very worthy semi-finalist.
