So 'In My Mind' is basically doing better than 'Panic Room' did because it is higher up on Hot Hits than it was?

 

I don't like the fact that where a song is on a popular playlist can affect the chart position so much :( Although I would say HH put In My Mind higher as it is bigger than Panic Room globally. Not that I mind 'In My Mind' becoming a big hit, unpoppy dance music like that is really needed in the chart at the minute.

When the spotify chart updates it looks of the new Eminem tracks Ringer may be the highest placed followed by Lucky You

We can't act as if payola wasn't used for Au/Ra & CamelPhat...

 

Panic Room had a vertical video pretty high up, as well as the song.

Whether payola is used or not, I don't like these big spotify playlists, too much influence over what ends up charting well based on what they put high up or lower down on their playlists.

The highest non-Eminem new entry is Mabel's One Shot at number 58. Troye Sivan is at 82, Yungen & Craig David at 96 and Twenty One Pilots at 104
