How did they manage that , did they chop a bit of his mid section

No -they've just made his picture smaller I think. It's just been plonked there.

I don't think other than Robbie and Ayda that they are even in the same room. It's photoshopped I think.

Robbies funny & is not in awe of Simon which is refreshing ..

I watched - I enjoyed. He did great. I smiled all the way through.

If he wasn't on it - I wouldn't be watching though.

It'll be interesting to see how the series pans out over the next few weeks.

Marmite on Twitter. ;)

You see I hate the X Factor formula & after watching it last night nothing happened to change my mind, the contestants were dreadful , they had about two or three decent singers that went through , they should get rid of the 'overs' category as their sell by date is well gone past in terms of a music career -_- , I think all the silly carry on overs the years has spoilt the show, they depend too much on the judges to keep the show entertaining which it's not. I think the XF lacks something, is the formula of a show where people just come out on stage & sing over , I find Britiains' Got Talent a way better show & they have singers but it just works better, maybe XF will improve as the weeks go by , I hope so :)

I love Robbie & would always watch him, I thought Ayda did well, Louis was actually very good & Simon was Simon :P , still there still seems to be an audience for the XF if the press reviews are anything to go by. The XF is gonna be a bit of fun for Robbie & he seems to be thorough;y enjoying the experience , especially having the lovely Ayda by his side & I have no doubt he will go back to doing what he does best once this is over & get back to his day job . Did I read somewhere that he has got the boy groups , it will be interesting to see what he is like as a mentor

SCD ( which I love ) starts next weekend which I know I will be watching live & will be hitting the record button for the XF ...

Interesting review questioning the actual format of the show !!

The X Factor hits peak Robbie Williams on day one – but can the new judges keep viewers coming back !!

There were some genuinely feel-good moments in the 2018 launch show, says Paul Jones - but can Robbie, Ayda, Louis and Simon change The X Factor's fortunes !!

I noticed this last night!

I thought either his Twitter had been hacked or he had a few beers and didn't like Andy from the Call Centre's rendition of Angels  .

But then there were also complimentary tweets that he favourited as well. Who knows!

It had the feel good factor last night and I really enjoyed seeing RW and to a lesser extent Ayda but I definitely wouldn't watch it if they weren't on it.

I'm going to persevere through the whole series though  because Robbie is on. Thought he came over really well last night. Very kind, compassionate, articulate and sweet as always.

There seemed to be a lot of negativity towards the "chemistry" of the panel which I thought was ironic given that two are married, they're all friends and have known each other a good many years. Maybe because it was week one and they are finding their feet.

I still think RW will be excellent on it throughout the series. It remains to be seen what the general public make of it. as with everything - time will tell. :)
