July 26, 20186 yr I think it could do ok; It will all depend on streaming. As Sigala are the lead artist it could play into their hands and mean more than just the casual Vamps fan is going to access it. This didn't help for their collaborations with Mike Perry, Matoma (referring to Staying Up here) or Danny Avila, although granted Sigala is a bigger name. However, even he isn't guaranteed hits, you only need to look at Feels Like Home. As things stand this seems to be a promo single anyway, we'll see how things play out I guess but I can't see it being an instant hit unless radio start backing it from the word go.
July 26, 20186 yr Yeah? It was sent to radios, had a 59p and I believe a music video was shot! The only reason I ask is because it hasn't been playlisted by Radio 1 (yet), and all of his proper singles get playlisted on there.

Ah yeah forgot about Staying Up, Mike Perry and Danny Avila... although as you say Sigala are a bigger name and have had more hits than the other 3. I guess we'll find out :D
July 26, 20186 yr There's no way Radio 1 are going to ignore this. They had Brad from The Vamps on again this morning.
July 26, 20186 yr OH GOD this song is awful :drama: I feel the same... generic tropical house / future bass. Sigala is getting worse every song he releases Edited July 26, 20186 yr by JOTA
July 26, 20186 yr Has it been leaked? 1 min 30 sec preview is here https://itunes.apple.com/nz/album/brighter-days/1397962305 spotify link: https://open.spotify.com/track/59D6pNWyn8UXPpos5fbAqm Edited July 26, 20186 yr by JOTA
July 26, 20186 yr I've managed to find the whole song. ;) I think it's alright, it's not my favourite from Sigala, but certainly not my least favourite. Hopefully it will grow on me, like Lullaby and Feels Like Home did. I think the drop is a bit too generic, it reminds me a bit of Jonas Blue.
July 27, 20186 yr Author hmm, this is certainly the weakest of his songs yet, hope it isn't a proper single.
July 30, 20186 yr ...I was expecting Staying Up part 2 :( That was a different DJ/ Producer though Listening to it all the way through a couple of times its actually grown on me.
