August 22, 20186 yr Series 14 was the first time I decided to follow Strictly. I knew of quite a few of the celebs, but two of them I really liked. I told myself I'd watch it for as long as Tameka Empson & Will Young were in it. So, I wasn't watching for long. Last yr (S15) was the first time I watched a whole series of Strictly from beginning to end. I tuned in knowing 13 out of 15 of the lineup. This yr ? Good grief.

August 22, 20186 yr Honestly I think the only person I haven't even vaguely heard of is Lauren Steadman and that's cause I don't follow sports whatsoever so I don't think the line-up's as bad as is being made out. Joe Sugg is a big name amongst younger people and for anyone to suggest he's a poor name is short-sighted I think.

August 25, 20186 yr Once again, Neil Jones (Katya's hubby) has confirmed he's not getting a celebrity partner this series - or indeed two of the new pro dancers whose names escape me. Honestly why they have so many pro dancers only to use 15 of them is beyond me. Nothing would surprise me if he left next year, he's one of the best dancers on there and yet gets relegated continually to background dressing.
