Claire is doing Strictly which will be great for her and keeps the Steps brand in the public eye in addition to Claire's solo album until Steps themselves release their new studio album.

- Back To You

STEPTACULAR

- Deeper Shade of Blue

- Movin On

Apolgies, i did mean to say Faye was participating in Strictly but Claire's song was playing in the background as i typed it.
They really should have released paradise lost as a single and I also think they would have got another top 10 single if back to you was released off step one.

STEP ONE

- Better Best Forgotten

- Love You More

STEPTACULAR

- Loves Got A Hold On My Heart

- Since You Took Your Love Away

BUZZ

- Here and Now

- Paradise Lost / If You Believe

Tears on the Dancefloor

- Neon Blue

- No More Tears on the Dancefloor

Wonderful to see someone else also pick Neon Blue.

I think Scared of the Dark is wonderful but Neon Blue is just ahead of it.

Back in the day some of the recent singles would have been massive hits.

As a lead single back in their heyday Scared of the Dark would have likely reached number 1 or challenged the position.

Neon and Blue and Story of a Heart would be surefire Top 5 hits.

Defo and both scared of the dark and neon blue are stronger than some of their top 5 hits. Still these songs will be a great addition to a future greatest hits album.

Is it just me that really does not like the title of the album Buzz? I really liked the first two album titles Step One and Steptacular and kind of wished they kept going with this theme.

I would have called the album Stomp as it kind of follows that theme or perhaps Dance Steps or The Next Step or Stepping to the beat. Then The Last Dance (although I do like that title) could be The Last Step.

I do love the title Tears On A Dancefloor wouldn't change that for anything.

Buzz is the weakest of the names to date.

I was surprised they didnt follow the name through on their albums from the debut, i.e Step Two and so on.

Tears on the Dancefloor is a fantastic name as was Step One at the time.

Steptacular is a fantastic title though it's my favourite  that's why I thought 'The Next Step' would work really well for Buzz and for The Last Dance 'The Last Step' (although it wasn't lol). Then their Christmas album should have been 'Step Into Christmas' and they have put all their covers onto one album and called it 'Step Back In Time'... Aaah I love the Step title themes

Another Me, Another You is not a Steps album which is why it is not part of the poll.

As it is mentioned, i thought it was a decent album but i preferred the Steps albums with the exception of Light Up The World.

Also as Another You, Another Me, is mentioned, i wonder are H and Claire still as close as they were back then or have the relationships within the band changed.

It is a surprise seeing Tears On The Dancefloor get a ranking for their worst album.

I didn't think anyone would feel it was a worse album than Light Up The World.
