What's everyone getting up to this week?

I'll be watching the Vuelta and Tour of Britain still - caught a bit of the Diamond League yesterday as well and will browse the various sporting replays again this week.

Watching Sprint Cup and Enable's return on ITV Racing today, maybe highlights of England v Spain.

Got to the gym yesterday as well, had to get myself out of the house at some point :P
