At the end of the day she is a Popstar, she had had a ton of success both with Girls Aloud and on her own. It was never going to last forever let's be real she's not Madonna or Beyonce. If it ends now, she's had a good run with a career to be proud of 29 top 10 singles, 11 top 10 albums. It's more than any of the Spice Girl achieved...

Hits Radio performance:

The vocals on 'Love Made Me Do It' are much better here, so naturally the media will pretend this doesn't exist.

She was great and sounded really good BTW I just noticed some of her dancers are twins LOL

Yes I really like those performances. And the crowd seemed to love her, despite the media trying to make everyone turn on her.

LMMDI is holding up inside the Top 50 on Mondays update.

How is her streaming looking like?

The press is loving this flop. They are reporting its MIDWEEK positions, calling it a career crisis, and going all out.
There is an Initial Talk Remix coming tonight, it out in some countries.
The Express are a joke to be fair, the article might have had a bit more credence if they managed to even get a simple fact like her age correct. Plus it's littered with typing errors.
The press just love to big people up and drag them down again. The way they have gone for her recently is totally uncalled for and really uncomforting. What exactly has she done to deserve this?

She's got Graham Norton performance tomorrow, Should give her some kinda boost atleast keep her top 75 in the official charts for extra week.

Its down to #49 on itunes so nearly out the top 50 there, I think the performance maybe take it into the 30's again or 20's maybe don't know we will see.

Any boost at moment is only good for her, I don't believe this will be recovered now though, I imagine another week or 2 in top 100 official charts maybe.

Unless she discounts it this week to 59p which would make more sense and give her a bigger boost off GN if she does that maybe a few more weeks top 100.

She should wait now until early next year and try with a second single, If that charts lower than LMMDI which I imagine will be the case (be less hype / interest around a follow up single), I don't think she will bother with an album.

I think with a catchy song she maybe score another top 20 but I think the days of top 10's or long running top 40s aren't in the cards for her no more will be ok debuts top 20 / top 30 then out top 40 second week.

I think the media attention she's had as been terrible towards her though nobody deserves that, But its also part of the job, the press can be bad! She's used to negative media every celeb is it comes with it its case of having thick skin over the years I think shes developed that.

I agree, it is part of the course of being a celebrity and I do think Cheryl has handled it well. It's still just uncomfortable reading for me. There is nothing newsworthy about what they're writing, this isn't journalism, it's just pushing a negative agenda.

Hopefully the Graham Norton performance will be decent. Her performance at Hits Radio showed she can sing this song well and I feel like the performance will seem less 'empty' than it did on the X Factor stage.

100% agree, Its the press being cruel and that is why i said nobody does deserve that. However I think Cheryl will handle that well, She knows what they can be like and she's dealt with it all before.

So I think it maybe upset her a little but she will brush it off and carry on.

If her label discounts the song to 59p tomorrow I think GN will have a nice little boost for her and I think being 59p will keep it top 100 in the official charts for a little longer.

But we will see, I was expecting it to be discounted by now to be honest with you.

I thought her best reaction was at Hits Radio when she licked her hand tattoo again with a big grin on her face as the audience cheered. That was a big f*** you done in a comical way.

Yeah a 59p reduction to go with the Graham Norton boost would do nicely. Think she's still got Michael McIntyre to come too. Would be nice if this could be some sort of minor hit.

Hardly warranted the press attention it got though. Anyone would think she had given someone a BJ on stage.

Maybe that is being saved for the GN performance
