"Shallow" is the 104th most-streamed song of all time on Apple Music.

I'm hoping it bumps up some certifications in the UK by the end of the year, ideally (although LWIF turning silver is a bit of reach):

2x Platinum A Star is Born, Soundtrack (currently 540,000+)

3x Platinum Shallow (currently 1,598,000+)

Platinum Always Remember Us This Way (currently 542,000+)

Silver Look What I Found (currently 141,000+)

This song was sort of mentioned on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire tonight (and the contestant LOST!)

The question was which Hollywood actor has had a UK #1 single.

Bradley Cooper, Taron Egerton, Hugh Jackman and Ryan Gosling were the possible answers. It was ofc Bradley with Shallow but the contestant went with his friend who worked in music industry’s advice and went with Hugh Jackman oops.

1 more week and Shallow will have been in the top 100 for 70 weeks! I'm sure with the album coming and the Lewis cover, she can manage a few more weeks.

Depends on the market, definitely in the US where This Is Me reached only #58

It’s funny tbh bc I think we all predicted not much for this chart wise but we were all wrong!

I think my favourite thing about this thread is how we all get progressively more HYPER as we start to believe and see its chart dominance grow and grow. I don't think anyone expected it to do as well as it did and this thread proves that as you read through it!

This is literally the most happy I’ve been for any of her #1s here in the UK because of just how I didn’t at all see it coming at first.

It’s so funny reading some of the threads from the start and seeing the change throughout them

Guys, if you have a spare few minutes, read back through this thread. It goes through so many milestones: the slow climb up the charts, the UK number 1, the awards, the US success. It's such a great read and fills me with so much PRIDE even now at how this song did.

We were all so SHOOK at its success each time it outdid itself

And the amazing thing is, the song is still very much ALIVE and in top 100 on Spotify globally. Queens!

This is only going to continue once it's placed on Netflix too, ahhhhh the gift that keeps on giving!
