November 4, 20186 yr I still need to catch up oops, last I watched was Tuesday, I am gonna catch up but I just haven't been *that* into this series as of late, idk what it is. I sound like an awful fan for saying that but I'm kinda not sad this series is ending, maybe I'm bored of BB as it is because I think a break at least, and then coming back with fresh ideas, is best for the show. Maybe it's just that BB has just been a part of my life for SO long and whilst there's been series I've gone off or even stopped watching, it's always just been there again with a new series a few months later since we got two CBBs on C5. I don't think it feels real that despite me going off this series and sometimes not really wanting to watch, it's actually *not* going to be there in a couple of months in Jan for CBB :/ I'm taking it for granted a bit that I've been able to not watch and it refreshes next series with a new cast and I can get into it again, I'm going to regret it if I don't catch up and finish the series when there isn't a new one so I'm going to catch up before tomorrow obv. IMAGINE if it went on Netflix tho and they got all the old series rights :wub: There's a brilliant site I use that has all the series of BB UK, Aus, Canada and US but it can be a bit slow etc. when you stream them, to have them on a reliable platform and all the series in one place would be fab to rewatch them while hyping new series etc.!

November 4, 20186 yr Good lord that was a difficult watch. It just goes to show that no show could EVER make such an impact on people’s lives. Will prob write a longer post tomorrow or something, but I’m honestly devastated to see Big Brother go :cry:

November 5, 20186 yr I’m ready to say goodbye to the ultimate and BEST reality show there is. It’s been a HUGE part of my life and no other show will bring out such a wide variety of emotions in me. Never have I or will be so engrossed in a show that frustates me on a weekly, if not daily basis! And I wouldn’t change a thing (apart from.......:kink:)! Let’s not forget this show was meant to end in 2010 and, for definitely better and worse, we’ve had 8 more years of the show with 8 more civillian series and 134 celebrity series. It also gave us the pinnacle of reality TV and the exact reason of WHY the show is so brilliant - no other show will ever come close to the brilliance of ‘David’s Dead’ :heart:
November 5, 20186 yr ONE LAST CHANNEL 5 COMPLAINT BEFORE IM DONE WITH THIS SHOW FOR GOOD: they have the CHEEK to even put the final on at a delayed start after 10. What’s wrong with punctuality!!
November 5, 20186 yr I've been a fan since 2006 but am lowkey ready for this series to end :lol: Just haven't got into it and whilst I really like them all for different reasons, any of the 4 would feel like an underwhelming last winner tbh. Big Brother is without a doubt the best reality show, as a format the US/Canada formats continue to prove that. Nothing can attempt to even come close to the big highlights, no reality show could have the impact that BB did for better or worse during moments like Jade Goody's rise to fame and the race row. Even though it's a shadow of its former self, and really needs to rest, it still feels really surreal that something that's been there for 12 years for me, and I've always watched, is suddenly not going to be there anymore :/ I think I'm not emotional because it barely feels real, I take for granted that it's just going to come back when it's not....
