X Factor normally DOES provide bigger boosts than Strictly, let's not forget. X Factor performances pitch to 4 million MUSIC fans. Strictly performances pitch to 9 million DANCE fans - it's a different and often not relevant demographic! The only two notable Strictly performance boosts I've seen before are Rita singing Lonely Together last year, and George Ezra performing Shotgun a few weeks ago, sending it back into the top 10.
