March 15, 20205 yr Since Jay posted 9 days ago their insta has gained 1.3k followers and FB has gained 10k followers. Nice to see them both rising.
April 5, 20205 yr Their social media seems to really be gaining followers during this lockdown for people, especially FB followers. In the 30 days since Jay's post their FB followers has risen by 22k. Their insta has also gained 6.8k. Their subscribers on YouTube has been rising very steadily all year too. They are at 717k subscribers now.
July 1, 20205 yr Their insta continues to grow in numbers 621.1k now. Their youtube subscribers also is rising steadily 760k now. Funny to think both are a fair bit higher now than when they were actually touring last year.

January 25, 20214 yr YouTube subscribers just hit 850k so has risen 13k in 1 month. Be nice to see it go over 1m asap. Hopefully in the summer if they are active for the anniversary.

A shame their Twitter presence is sluggish, but pretty good gains on the other two.

July 30, 20213 yr Hopefully whenever they announce another comeback then they'll attract attention to the socials. With the Twitter and Instagram accounts they started from scratch when they announced their 2018 reunion (I don't think that applies to Facebook). It would at least be nice to see their Instagram account with over 1m followers. I still feel like they miss the mark a bit with their social media pages... there's too much of a reliance on fans submitting their own content. I'm so not into #IAmASpiceGirl It's totally pointless to think of it but just imagine how many followers they'd have got if the internet as we know it today had been a thing in the 90s :lol:
July 30, 20213 yr As a group they would have millions. Individually too. I would imagine Geri and Victoria to be the top ones with the amount of followers. I do think the IAmASpiceGirl campaign didnt quite work, did it? It doesnt have much traction and it's not very exciting to me. They always do that, also in 2018 with the whole #IWANNABEASPICEGIRL one... it is a bit cringe ah... I wish they had just used the hashtags #Wannabe25 and #SpiceGirls it would have probably gone a bit more viral...

Yeah twitter is becoming less and less for 'work' stuff. It is more about commentary but it also has a lot of viral content going around that is pop-music related... How are they doing on tik tok?
February 16, 20223 yr I don't have Tik Tok so someone younger than me will have to check lol. The Insta rises steadily, 6 months ago it hit 700k so it has done 68k in those 6 months. The links with Coinmaster, Lego ect surely help as it exposes their social media to different people. They don't take advantage of their Youtube enough for me. 1.04m subscribers they should be putting loads more content on the community section and posting more videos. The behind the scenes stuff from SYBT, 2 become 1 and WDYTYA should be uploaded to there. Valentine's day was the perfect day to drop a luric video to Oxygen, loads of hearts, flowers and the lyrics. Shine a bit of light on another part of the discography.

May 10, 20223 yr I do wonder why their Twitter hasn’t attracted a great amount of followers. Nice that the Instagram numbers are decent enough, hopefully there’ll come a point that it has over a million followers.
