The 'Everybody's Free' cover is very Radio 2 in the worst possible way, but I'm all for seeing her acclaim another chart entry.

Kylie confirmed for Jonathan Ross Christmas special. airs on 10th December and will be filmed midweek before her concerts take place. Great line up to... Miranda Hart and David Walliams and Paul Hollywood....

Christmas is the theme for next week on X-factor.... this could be good also for Kylie as they may use some of her album for intros etc.... ? Cowell loves a Minogue....

Sluggish start for the album, Number 33 in today's midweek chart update.

yes... will be lucky to stay top 50 this week it seems....... will probably sell around 3.5k...... not surprising... not available in many supermarkets, not promoted at all except in core fan base.... only 6 new songs, no dvd or video stuff like behind the scenes etc... only digital and 1 CD version ... very little incentive....

 

at least she has promo coming up... singing with Mika on Italian TV on 6th dec, J ross in UK on 10th... rumoured X-factor Sunday 11th, concert 9 & 10th. (pretty sure this will also make a TV appearance before Xmas) and French dancing with Stars final on 16th Dec confirmed......

 

definitely will be some price promos also no doubt.........

 

sold 1.2k last week so I think that is 108.5k total...... lets hope it gets over 125-130k after 2016

It will probably drop through out the week and end up top 50, hopefully as she promotes the album will climb and at the least manage 25k in its run this year.

It would be great if it could hang on in the top 40 but its probably unlikely.

Top 50 for a re-release still at the tail end of November isn't that bad a result. Top 40 would have been nicer obviously but the promo nearer to the day might help shunt it up there.

Is this the first time a Kylie re-release has managed to re-enter the charts, re-releases of Fever and Light Years failed to do so to my knowledge and i dont know what other albums she re-released.
