December 27, 20187 yr Hope Mariah doesn’t get it as it’s Ava’s only chance. How Mariah is ahead when she’s behind Ava on sales and she’s on ACR whereas Ava is ahead on sales and she’s on SCR? Why is it Ava's only chance? I'd say she's in prime position for next week and barring a surprise release, I can't see her missing out. Also, you do realise ACR doesn't cancel out streams entirely? Mariah had over 5x as many streams as Ava on Christmas Day, and almost 4x as many on Christmas Eve...
December 27, 20187 yr Yep Ava is strong fave for next week. Neither Mark nor Malone are showing a strong enough case yet so it'll either be her or something out of nowhere.
December 27, 20187 yr Come on Mariah get that well deserved #1 24 years later! Hope Leona can stay top 10 aswell, Brilliant achieved for her to be up there in the top 10 with all the classics!

ACR radio is 1:300 whereas SCR ratio is 1:150
December 27, 20187 yr Why is it Ava's only chance? Is she not the obvious choice for next week regardless or is something else out that's completely passed me by? Post Malone had a new song out on Monday
December 27, 20187 yr ACR radio is 1:300 whereas SCR ratio is 1:150 Not true. Ad-funded streams 1:600 SCR 1:1200 ACR Premium streams 1:100 SCR 1:200 ACR This doesn't cancel out streams entirely. When Mariah is SO far ahead on streams, ACR isn't enough to stop her making #1.
December 27, 20187 yr Post Malone had a new song out on Monday And it's already behind Ava on Spotify, and nowhere near on iTunes.
December 27, 20187 yr Author 1st chart of year 2019 gone be record break how many re-entry loads
December 27, 20187 yr C'mon Ava, fight back, Mariah can be number #1 next year. Ava can also be #1 next week
December 27, 20187 yr Author And hopefully some new entries such as Jax Years Can't really tell if there will be new entries, when all the xmas tracks are pushing the current music down. The chart will settle down next week, half of the chart from last week's chart is practically outside the 40, I should imagine.
December 27, 20187 yr Omg Mariah *.* Keeping my fingers crossed that she's got this! Then I'll be throwing my full support behind Ava Max managing it next week. :D
December 27, 20187 yr Wow, Wizzard and Slade both set for their highest position since their year of release...! Maybe they're not becoming increasingly irrelevant after all (only to Spotify listeners). And I'd never have expected to see Leona in the top 10 again, that's fantastic. Edited December 27, 20187 yr by gooddelta
December 27, 20187 yr Omg idina to finally get another top 40 hit please!!!!! Also hope Leona stays top 10 and Kelly can get a new peak 😍
December 27, 20187 yr I know it’s not on ACR like the rest of them but how the HELL is Katy Perry at 24
December 27, 20187 yr I know it’s not on ACR like the rest of them but how the HELL is Katy Perry at 24  Amazon streaming helping her out hugely in a market where the vast majority of songs surrounding her are on ACR.
December 27, 20187 yr I know it’s not on ACR like the rest of them but how the HELL is Katy Perry at 24  My theory, beyond the fact it's on ACR, is that with it only being on Amazon it's therefore solely getting premium streams (whereas other songs will have ad-funded streams from Spotify, which count for far less than a premium stream). Also it's seemingly an indication that Amazon has a greater share of the streaming market than we realised.
