The almost instant and polarizing reactions just prove why it's much better than the last two Portuguese entries. For one, it's NOT BORING. That in itself is an improvement.

Salvador and Conan are both bringing something new to the contest so I'd put these two in the same category actually. The former had a very polarising reaction as well tho... I know people here LOVE to hate him

This is light years ahead of Salvador, that was just as dull as any other Portuguese entry to my ears, but I'm aware that's just because it wasn't my thing at all/ This is totally different and fresh, I understand why people dislike it but for me it has something more every time I listen to it which keeps it growing! Easily the best Portuguese entry for me, not exactly hard from one of the weakest countries but still.

I do think this is a cool entry, I think it will grow on me by the time the contest comes around. I'm more than happy for more variety at the contest.

Both of their last two entries were extremely polarising as well though. Just look at how strong your own views about them are.
