With thanks to the list of cancelled singles by Sam Judd i have narrowed it down to 27 songs.

Some of the songs listed were actual singles in a different way, e.g Chocolate without the Ludacris feature and so on.

 

I have broke the list down to groups of 9 providing is with three polls to vote in.

The winning songs in each poll will then go head to head to corwn the ultimate winner.

Im Over Dreaming (Over You).

I am also hugely fond of Limbo and Made in Heaven.

I remain unsure if Made In Heaven would have made a good single but i believe Limbo could have made a striking lead single for Impossible Princess.

I'm over dreaming over you as I love it.

Thanks for the shout out Pippa :dance: , voted for 'I'm Over Dreaming (Over You)', definitely the best song out the bunch and while I was happy with the overall choices from 'EY', this and the title tracks would have made fantastic singles.

Here's my ranking of all the tracks =

1. I’m Over Dreaming (Over You) - A Definite highlight and would rank this right up there with her singles.
2. Too Far - This would have been my choice as the lead from 'IP', shame it didn't get released as the 4th single, but given the state of things back then, this would have probably tanked chartwise. One of her most riskiest and adventurous songs on her brilliant 'IP' album, and this gives you a better idea of what to expect, Trip Hop sound pulled off to perfection)
3. Made in Heaven - A really nice song and would have been great alongside the wonderful 'JNSPP'.
4. Time Will Pass You By - Now this is a major missed opportunity, not only shows another side to 'KM94', but could have had a cracking music video, a gorgeous uplifting dance anthem and the Stuart Masterson single mix was fantastic with Kylie's great joyus vocals, this could have turned things around for this era, waiting 8 months to release 'WITF', really killed it, firstly this would have been a better third single or at least if the other track got released in early 1995, then this could have easily followed in the summer, that would have been AMAZING.
5. If I Was Your Lover - This should have been the 3rd 'KM94' single, sassy and hard edged, especially the planned remix, Kylie goes R&B, would have done far better than 'WITF'.
6. It’s No Secret - A nice song and yeah would have probably been another chart smash, but not a major missed opportunity in my opinion, but great video though.
7. Limbo - This was Kylie's choice for the lead single, and to be honest I think this would have been far too experimental for the British buying public in 1997, and would have probably fared about the same as 'SKOB'. As it stands a great song, wild and crazy that blows at a relentless pace, like Kylie on an acid trip, another great standout on the ever wonderful 'IP'.
8. Rhythm of Love - Definitely belongs on the album, a fun slice of 90's pop that's a bit dated now, but closes the album perfectly.
9. Getting Closer - An okay number, that's about it.

I would have the same thought, additionally her debut, Golden and Fever all had wonderful single opportunities too and a 5th single could have worked for Rhythm of Love, Things Can Only Get Better and Always Find the Time could have made a wonderful 5th single.

It's the great thing about kylie she has many amazing songs outside her singles.

I couldnt agree more.

I would take Light Years as an example, many of the wonderful album tracks are stronger than numerous singles by Kylie.

Ya ly has so many great songs.

Great to see I'm over dreaming over you out in front it's a great song.

Im Over Dreaming (Over You) is easily the standout songs in this list of songs.
