The way I see it as if I was managing a football team, and we're one of the Championship teams trying to get into the Premiership! The top 20 is the equivalent of a play-offs place :lol:

I've tried to motivate them, and to be fair, they've sort of responded... but that's it.

Oh I forgot to mention last night I registered as a member of the Blur, Gorillaz and TGTB&TQ forums. I posted a link to our forum in my siggy and asked anyone who was interested to pop along!

Nathan is a really cool guy. :D He's the first person on here I properly got to know and he really is a top top bloke. :D I'd reccomend you to get to know him well as sometimes me and him chat forever on MSN. :lol:
