November 19, 20195 yr Author I agree Charis but this is the album chart we are talking about and not the singles chart anymore. Hello My Love were really leading in the midweek with 200 plus something gap until the streaming was combined overall lol. I remember my first reaction was Omg Because I know it will be close in the end. Edited November 19, 20195 yr by myxxd

November 19, 20195 yr myxxd if we want to be serious we need to see the official charts, itunes has just a very small impact..
November 19, 20195 yr Imagine if Adele released a surprise album from nowhere!! I'd be fuming. Friday is a good day, why would she do it on Wednesday / Thursday? :)
November 19, 20195 yr Westlife now have a #1 album in 3 different decades :) Coast To Coast 2000 World Of Our Own at all 2001 Spectrum 2019 There is a good chance it will happen. Bring the 4th one
November 19, 20195 yr Author Friday is a good day, why would she do it on Wednesday / Thursday? :) I don't think Sony as a whole will sabotage the comeback of Westlife even though they are not under them anymore because they still have interest in them, their back catalogue. I might be wrong though because internal politics in the music industry is very strong we all know that but that will not be a very good business decision on Sony's part if you ask me. November 19, 20195 yr Author 53.7 yesterday, 56.4 today :) On track to be the biggest selling number one album by a foreign band on its debut week since September 2013, King of Leon's Mechanical Bull. pls kindly correct if this is wrong Edited November 19, 20195 yr by myxxd
November 19, 20195 yr Westlife now have a #1 album in 3 different decades :) Coast To Coast 2000 World Of Our Own at all 2001 Spectrum 2019 Bring the 4th one 2000 and 2001 belong to the same decade, the 2000s (2000-2009). Therefore Spectrum going to #1 will be their second decade.
November 19, 20195 yr Author 1 Ed Sheeran 125,031 73,173 49,858 1 Lewis Capaldi 89,506 58,897 30,609 (7,206 on vinyl) Can we beat any of those? At least on the pure sales :) Those are the fastest selling albums and best sellers of the year so far. Based on this at least we can say, Ed's name is a big help to their comeback especially to the current state of British music sales industry and their age. It is already a big achievement for them just by sitting next to these two even if they'll only be ahead (or not) to Lewis on pure sales just a little and even if the pre order link came very early (because it's still the buyer's decision how many copies they will buy or will just stream it for free when the musics are out) Edited November 19, 20195 yr by myxxd
November 19, 20195 yr Westlife now have a #1 album in 3 different decades :) Coast To Coast 2000 World Of Our Own at all 2001 Spectrum 2019 Bring the 4th one 2000 and 2001 belong to the 2000-2008 decade, so it’s two different decades. Still impressive though. Steps have managed it in 3 different decades: Steptacular (1999) Gold (2001) Ultimate Steps (2011) Would be so cool if they can achieve a #1 album next year and get one for 2020 hence 4 decades!
November 20, 20195 yr I think the album is definitely a grower, I like it more with each listen, especially when you listen to it in one go from start to finish. I am so glad they don't have any covers on the album and that they all sing. I can't believe we can actually hear Nicky and Kian, I think they aren't only present in My Blood. Its great they are also releasing more singles not caring how they do in the charts. They said they will continue even when the album comes out so it would be cool if in 2020 they release Dance, Take You There, One Last Time (if they want the ballad, its much better than Better Man and especially Repair - its such an interesting song, I think it might surprise everyone. Also, always nice to see something on Westlife on Billboard since it is such a rare occasion  https://www.billboard.com/articles/business...m_medium=social Oh and this, best live act 2019 voted on Ticketmaster: https://www.ticketmaster.ie/ticket-of-the-year Edited November 20, 20195 yr by zeze88
November 20, 20195 yr Author They always report the UK charts Wow voted as best live act by Ticketmaster Ireland fans Do you think we will get a music video of Without You? I really think they can release all of the songs as singles that's how strong this album is even l.o.v.e. on territories that doesn't know their age lol it reminds me of their old upbeat records like The Easy Way and Tunnel of Love, story of love. That's why fans love it Edited November 20, 20195 yr by myxxd
November 20, 20195 yr They always report the UK charts Wow voted as best live act by Ticketmaster fans Do you think we will get a music video of Without You? I know but it is still nice to see :D As for Without You, I think this might just be a promo thing for the album. I would much rather like to see a video for Take You There, that song is perfect for the radio today, it needs to be the single at one point.
November 20, 20195 yr Author In Ireland, they have number one albums in three consecutive decades on their Albums Chart already. They switched My Blood and Repair on Pop Right Now Spotify playlist. They will be on the Big Show on Dec 7 I think they should release Dance or One Last Time as a proper single this year and Take Me there next year Edited November 20, 20195 yr by myxxd
