It's a notebook that was made avilabale on 1st November 2018. It uses the exact phrase Taylor used at the end of her ELLE magazine interview a few months later. The colour background is basically the exact same as the countdown background. And this is published by someone called April Heart. And now we know TS7 lead is coming in April and she's done nothing but post hearts recently SO WHAT IS APRIL HEART?? Album title? Song title? A hint? Something else? Speculate
