I'm really quite surprised by how good this is - think it'll be huge if radio latch on!

 

Absolutely love this and I agree it could do really well if radio pick up on it.

 

Would like to see JP do well with his 2nd album - the relative flop of his first despite 2 big hit singles always surprised me.

I wasn't really surprised - September Song was his only hit in his own right and it had been almost a year since it went top 10 by the time the album arrived, with two flop singles in between. The interest had waned!

And Perfect Strangers wasn't included, so there was only one hit on this album.

Poor though considering it’s getting heavy exposure on the biggest radio station and a small amount of sales are needed to go Top 80 on iTunes? Hopefully something happens with it but I thought it would have benefitted more from R1 than it has.

It's a pretty normal effect for Track of the Week though? It gets one play a day, which means a short lived boost immediately after then a plummet downwards until the next day.
