The View discuss Madonna

Madonna covers June's edition of Vogue Magazine (due to be sold tomorrow, Friday) which features an interview where she discusses motherhood and ageism. America's answer to Loose Women, The View, had the above to say.

I think they've completely missed the point. Madonna isn't lucky; she didn't get where she is out of luck, she got there on her own merit. She's also not asking for sympathy; she's addressed an issue and is fighting against it. She asks for people to come together and support each other - something that clearly goes against the principles of panel talk shows like The View which are there for self-centered people to bitch about one another and compete who can whine the loudest.

Just waiting for Wendy Williams to catch on.
